The 2 attendants ( one named Abhishek) of Safal canteen location at the right side of Boys hostel 6 are over-pricing students for over months now. Most commonly for Tropicana juice which is on MRP 19 but being sold at 20.

I caught and corrected him 2 weeks back after I had already paid 20 since I checked the mrp while drinking, I gave him the doubt of mistake at that time.

But today after our Exam when I to buy the tropicana he over charged me again and went I asked him he said "hum to 20 hi bolte hai jisko pata hai wo 19 hi deta hai (we ask 20 those who know the mrp pay 19)", and went I said that it's wrong he said "ek rupee se kya hota"(1 rupee is not a big deal).

Later today during 5:40pm my roommate went to buy Tropicana he asked him for the amount 3 times and all 3 times he said 20. Then he asked to see the mrp label after which he correct and said "kardo 1 rupee kam kya hi ho jayega", we argued and he said "garam mat ho jisse complain karni hai kardo, we asked for his supervisor number he said Safal mess mai bat karlo.

This over charging and miss behaviour shouldn't be tolerated inside a college campus, we want you to also come forward and file complaint against him to college authorities.

This College has fucked my life. I had been suffering through extreme high fevers for the past 5 days, but because my placements are approaching and it was really important to give the term end exams I still was trying to survive there

It was going out of hand, my friends were compromising so much of their preparation time just to help me out

I even went to the doctor but what do they even do here except for prescribing n number of medicines which mostly don't work

I requested him to recommend me to go to an outside hospital, which also he didn't allow

My condition kept on worsening, my body was breaking, my head was tearing apart because of such high fever, I was unable to eat, sleep, nothing was working

Ultimately my parents had to come and then I got my tests done, turned out that I was having TYPHOID

Last month also I suffered through food poisoning

Their canteens, their messes everything has just made a joke of our lives

I drink bisleri water, haven't even touched hostel water since the protest

Yet I had such a hard time

They make us write applications, make us do so many entries everywhere, fill useless forms, even when we're barely able to stand

They have zero respect for our parents also, they don't allow our parents to visit us in our rooms when we need them the most, every other illiterate is allowed, but not the ones who can actually make us feel better or help us

The security people are such shitpieces, they do NOTHING, and there are now people who just exist to take our attendance and nothing else, these people, these fuckers they don't have a pinch of humanity

Honestly, since the first year I have gone through so much, my health like others has deteriorated very much

I feel pity on all of us.

These people are really just money eating animals

They are parasites, they earn from us and they make us suffer

No protest has been able to make anything alright

Because the management never cared and it won't ever

I curse the entire VIT except the students from the bottom of my heart that they rot in hell

They have given me so much pain and along with me to the people who love me

I know many people will relate to this. I just pray that we all stay safe and healthy, and that those in pain recover soon.

I just hope that the government takes some serious action or something changes at a systemic level

No new admissions should be there, no child's life should be put at stake anymore

Girls here are literally of age 18 and 18+ , and still they're deprived of their "bare minimum" .

1) 6 PM in-time for girls — WHY?

We’re adults, not school kids.

Being forced inside at 6 PM while boys are out till ~8:45 PM (they're gonna allow them till 12 soon )makes zero sense.

What exactly are we being protected from that boys aren’t?

If anyone can be a little empathetic and just feel how it feels to be caged inside these mf hostels . It's literally 21st Fukin century.

2) No food access after 7:00 PM

Night canteen closes orders at 7:00.Just an overpriced snacks shop that closes at 9.

And for special block people it's even worse , there's not even a snack shop so either you give your order till 7:00pm After that — nothing.

No snacks, no backup, no options.

Miss mess food because of health, maybe you're tired of going and having that shitty mess food or literally anything?

You just stay hungry. And suffer in your fuking rooms.

Meanwhile, boys have food options running in special block , they have a night canteen till 12 .

Like bro why are you taking the same fees from Girls , and boys. When girls are just suffering and being caged and asked ohh sorry not asked forced to stay inside and expected to behave and stay silent !! I wish I could add a trail of abusive words cuz I definitely want to.

3)Constant policing of clothes + judgment

What girls wear is still being monitored, commented on, and judged. I wish everyone could feel that disgusting feeling of when you're going to class , you just wore your cutest nicest fit and suddenly the guard on your hostel gate asks you to " Didi ye crop top allowed nhi h , ye Boht chota , ye Boht cut sleeves h , ye Boht ye h wo h lauda bc " And you're forced to changed your Fukin outfit in the middle of that hurry ....

And also somehow it turns into assumptions about “character.”

Why is this even a thing in a college campus? Bro you literally building up engineers , and look at the illiterate activities in this college that's happening.
