Astron-6 type of films

Howdy from Ukraine, I'm looking for suggestions for the similar kind of over-the-top, stylish and homage-ready lil' masterpieces that Astron-6 fellas are releasing. If you haven't seen their films you probably saw or at least heard of Kung Fury, Hobo with a Shotgun, Turbo Kid, the Toxic Avenger (Remake, the Troma ones are definitely not that and completely a thing of their own), Kids vs Aliens, or even Mandy. Well, Astron-6 guys basically started this whole trend.
Extremely grateful for any recommendations in advance.

Hello, I'm looking for recommendations of Japanese movies (Not anime) that most probably wouldn't know about but you'd recommend as great films. Especially films that are just realistically portraying the life of modern Japan in all its aspects (But any genre and type of movie will do).

I would absolutely love if recommendations will come from actual Japanese people, coz I'd love to discover stuff that is made by Japan for Japan, not to cater to "international audience".
Thanks a lot in advance and greetings from Ukraine.

Flag of the Serbian Immortal Regiment

The Immortal Regiment is a movement / event originating in Russia. In it, people march and hold up pictures of their family members who fought in wars. (usually World War 2)

Serbia has its own version of it, and this is the flag associated with it. I own one and so I wanted to share.

Also, I know how Redditors are and will have to go into further detail.

The Russian government has co-opted the event and it is exploited to spread hostile pro-Kremlin and anti-Ukraine rhetoric, which I personally disagree with as I am vehemently pro Ukrainian. (Not pro western tho, don't get too comfortable, NAFO nerds)

But I still think it is generally a good and beautiful thing, we should honor those who fought and died for us, because without them we wouldn't be here today.

I proudly own this flag and support its message, as my great grandfather is actually a part of the Immortal Regiment, he was a partizan who fought the Ustaše.

It is disrespectful of the Kremlin to use the good name of the movement honoring people like him who fought against aggression and oppression to now further their narrative promoting doing the same thing as the Germans back then.

(Note: this picture was taken when I got the flag, don't pester me to iron it)

Recently was replaying one of my favorite classic games, Darklands. That game has a very similar premise to KCD on the surface, it is set in a semi-realistic world and medieval time period (Even sharing some locations like Kuttenberg)... until you start encountering the "out of sight" elements, everything from kobolds to witches and Satan himself.

So I was thinking that this would be a great addition to the game, something that can contrast in such an obvious way the main game, an alt timeline where all the superstitions and myths and folk tales like Otesanek (Imagine a horror-themed quest with that) coming to be true (Maybe with some element that is present in the game that is already completely fictional, like Nekronomikon, being a trigger for that).

If it introduces a detailed and true to the source the world of mythology of that area and Czechs in general (Even if maybe in some tongue'n'cheek and over-the-top manner like Undead Nightmare did), it could truly be something special.

Also, while we're at it, maybe the recommendations for the best edits of the sequel trilogy too. I still haven't seen Rise of the Skywalker and didn't watch any shows besides Andor, so I'm just looking to experience all those in the best way possible from the first go : )
Thanks a lot in advance to everyone.
