Does trembling mean your body is releasing trauma or does it mean it still feels unsafe?

I had a nervous breakdown 18 months ago and have only gotten worse with time. Around half a year ago I noticed I was now trembling 24/7 and when I researched this it seemed to imply my body was now feeling safe enough to release the trauma yet it’s still persisting and I haven’t felt any better.

Upon further research it seems it could indicate the trembling is actually my body still feeling unsafe instead, but then I’m frustrated because this only started fairly recently and I thought it was a sign of healing. Ugh.

Spice Girls have more number 1 singles and by far the most cultural impact but they were ‘only’ active and popular for around four years. They had incredible album sales with their first two being absolutely massive, their Greatest Hits multi platinum and their third album being platinum.

Little Mix were active for eleven years and had six albums worth of hit singles, with Shout Out To My Ex and Black Magic (amongst others) being close to the sales of Wannabee. Their album sales were consistant with two of them and their Greatest Hits being multi platinum and the other four being platinum.

Both were huge touring acts and both had a successful stadium tour and multiple arena tours. Little Mix have sold more tickets but probably because they were around for longer.

I’d also argue that the streaming era pretty much killed the album format and that it’s harder to get successful album sales and certifications when physicals are dead, so Spice Girls did have an advantage with their generation and activity being when album sales were extremely high and it’s impossible for modern artists to get album ‘sales’ like Spice or Spiceworld.

In terms of cultural impact of course Spice Girls win this hands down and international success too.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a solid cast but I swear I’ve saw so many huge celebrities talk about the show and their love for it, including Lisa Kudrow who ended up meeting Linda S3 on her last promo run. We also know Courteney Cox loves the show and that Tom Hiddleston is a massive fan.

The last civilian series and the first Celeb version were like cultural phenomenoms in the UK and did incredibly well ratings wise so I guess I was expecting at least one sort of A-Lister name.

Is it a matter of costs? Scheduling? I don’t believe so many celeb fans of the show aren’t dying to play and get involved.

The comedians are always on panel shows every week and some of the actors are always in some predictable TV drama. I feel like Leigh Anne is probably the most interesting signing because of how successful Little Mix were for a decade and she recently had a top 3 album and hasn’t done the reality show circuit before but even then as a stand alone artist she’s not as popular as Jade or Perrie….

Breathlessness is the worst symptom for me and it comes on VERY quickly. I literally feel like I’m going to stop breathing and drop dead.

I can normally manage train journeys if there’s little time between the stops but the first stop isn’t for 50 minutes and the idea of being cooped up on a train for that long gasping for air is already making me think I should cancel the trip. It feels so claustrophobic, and even worse when the train is full of people.

What the F am I supposed to do?
