Have offer of 17 lpa and ey offered 19 lpa for 6yrs exp
I asked her to give atleast 20 and she told she will check with approval team and left the call
Any chance of coming back or direct rejection?

Recently got the offer for L9
So we basically need to login to wday and accept offer, cover letter etc thats it by signing within the portal right
No need of uploading the signed offer or something.
Also the excel they gave is very confusing, didn't get how to use it.
Also im able to see the fixed variable etc
But no details of pf, basic, allowance etc the salary breakup
Where we can see

Hr discussion was happened last week, as my current ctc is 14 lpa but fixed is 10 lpa only. He will consider that fixed on top of it 30% fixed he will give. Feel like i was trapped. There is no room for negotiation as well
Also for 13 lpa fixed how much in hand would be in Accenture
