No Place for System Abusers

PS - Pl scroll the pics to see, the issue raised to ADANI Internal Higher Ups.

People are selling Adani Airport Lounge QR codes for ₹100 on this very sub. This needs to stop.

Came across a post here where someone is openly selling lounge access QR codes for Adani airports at ₹100 a pop. Max 2 per person, shared on your name. Covers Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, Trivandrum, Mangaluru, and Navi Mumbai.

This is straight up misuse of the system.

For those who don't see the issue, when people game lounge access like this, the lounges get overcrowded, quality drops, wait times go up, and eventually the genuine cardholder benefit gets nerfed or killed entirely. We've seen this happen before. I've already flagged this to people at Adani.

The fix is simple - match the traveller's name against the name on the lounge access entitlement. One check. Kills 99% of this misuse instantly.

Super Fix - ASK TO ENTER BOARDING PASS PNR, when the PAX is trying to generate QR. This way only for the person who's flying can get the QR generated.

If you spot similar posts or accounts doing this, report them. Don't let a few bad actors degrade something that genuinely benefits frequent travellers.

Please suggest a Mid-tier/premium credit card

Hi Everyone! I'm looking for a mid-tier or premium credit card for our day to day spends. Usually me and my wife route our spends through a primary credit card and use other credit cards only in case of specific discounts or exhaustion of credit limit. I have been using credit cards sparingly since 10 years and more regularly since 5 years. I have never actually optimized for credit cards and recently realized that it could have been much more rewarding if used properly esp. over the past 2-3 years. I am now looking to get a better card for decent rewards. I am more inclined towards getting a single card which can power my day to day as well as travel spends, but I'm open to a combination of 2-3 cards if that would be a better fit for me. Me, my wife & 2 young daughters love to travel and even though it is difficult to take out time regularly from our schedules, we do try to take 2-3 trips a year including an international trip. Also our travel spends have increased in the past 2-3 years as now we have to book 3-4 tickets for each flight and also book a larger room or suite for hotel stays.

Current Cibil: 794

Age: 39

Monthly Income and Employment status: 3.5 LPM; Salaried + Professional Consultancy Income (Doctor)

Monthly Expenses & Spending Patterns: Average monthly spends of 1-1.5 lakhs per month; Months with travel bookings see higher spends than usual and other months might see lower spends.

Top 5 Monthly spend categories and Top 5 Annual spend categories:

  1. Travel - approx. 40-50% of Credit card spends.

  2. E-commerce - Amazon, Zomato, Blinkit, Swiggy

  3. Electronics

  4. Lifestyle & Gifting - Myntra, Nykaa, Casio, Titan, Hamley's, Firstcry/Babyhug

  5. Miscellaneous - Phone recharges for us & parents, Subscriptions

Preferences for Credit Card Features: Ease of use with simple redemption process, Travel Benefits, Lounge access, Less exclusion criteria

Reward Preference (Cashback or Reward Points): Reward Points

Lounge Access Required: Yes, Both Domestic & International (12 + 8 should suffice for both of us)

Other Special Needs: Add on card option would be good if it provides lounge access for my wife and reward points accrue on that too, though my wife doesn't spend much on online shopping by herself (Lucky me😜)

Current Credit Cards:

  1. Axis Horizon - Upgraded from Axis Privilege 2 months back - CL 2.05 Lakhs

  2. ICICI Sapphiro Dual Mastercard + Amex Version - CL 5 Lakhs

  3. SBI Elite - Wife's Credit Card - CL 2.5 Lakhs

I'm open to getting a premium card with high annual fees too if that is suitably rewarding for my spend patterns. There are 2 more things that I would like to mention. We have just opened an Axis Burgundy account for my wife and upgraded my Axis account to Burgundy status this month and have got Axis Burgundy debit cards which provide lounge access too. Also we live in a Tier-III city and our city is not mentioned in the HSBC list of serviceable cities.

How HDFC, Razorpay Killing Indian Startups and Extreme Mal Practices (Bluntly ignored by Police and RBI)

Recently I observed some extremely disturbing incidents in my circle involving HDFC, Razorpay.

Some of my friends incorporated their Startups through Razorpay ( https://razorpay.com/rize/company-registration/startup).

Below is the Fraud Modus of operandi;

  1. You take Razorpay Company Incorporation Services. They Quote "X" on their web site and in reality charge much much higher. This is not the Mal intent BTW Bro.

  2. Now Razorpay will open a Ghost account in HDFC Bank. They will use all documents provided by you and some of them will be forged by Razorpay or HDFC. You will not be involved in process of opening Bank Account.

  3. HDFC will use this Ghost account to do their money laundering and probably terror funding.

  4. You might receive some SMS and emails from HDFC and if you approach HDFC they will deny existence of any such bank account.

  5. Cyber Police or Local Police or even RBI will not take any action in this matter. They will favor HDFC only and give them all the liberty.

  6. If you go for a formal FIR against HDFC or Razorpay then you will be threatened by HDFC and Police. They will do everything to shut down your business.

  7. At the end there will no solution and you will be forced to surrender to HDFC, pay money to Police or close your business.

Surprisingly the Authorities like Police, Cyber Department, RBI stay dead and do nothing at all.

Several Reddit Subs deleted such earlier posts and some of the MODS openly supported HDFC for doing pious job.

Not sure what is way to stop this HDFC non-sense and their ill-intentions?

Let me know whom we raise and get such issues solved once for all. Already tried Police, RBI and they are completely sold or bribed by HDFC.

Which savings account should I open for a good debit card with lounge access (preferably no spend criteria)?

Hi everyone,

I currently have:

  • an ICICI savings account (which will soon be converted into a salary account after joining and salary credit),
  • and an IDFC FIRST savings account (₹25k variant) mainly for the Mastercard World debit card with lounge access.

The issue is that I don’t really want to keep a lot of money parked in the IDFC account for security/safety reasons, so I’m looking for another good savings account option from one of the bigger banks.

What I’m looking for

  • Savings account from:
    • HDFC
    • Axis
    • SBI (preferably one of these major banks)
  • A good debit card with:
    • airport lounge access,
    • preferably without spend criteria (or at least low spend criteria),
    • decent overall banking experience

My questions

  • Which type of savings account should I open in:
    • HDFC,
    • Axis,
    • or SBI to get a good lounge access debit card?
  • Which debit card should I specifically request?
  • Are lounge benefits on these debit cards still worth it in 2026, or have most banks added strict spend requirements now?

I’m mainly looking for a stable secondary banking relationship + a useful debit card for travel/lounge access.

Would really appreciate suggestions from people using these accounts/cards currently.

Thanks!

Just applied kiwi credit card and got approved for pnb kiwi card. During the kyc, the bank person said that the card is ltf. But on website it's showing annual fee.

I didn't order physical card but got a message showing you will get card in 5-7 days. Does that mean I get physical card?

Does the annual fee gets charged in first month?

Also can't login into the pnb genie app. It's showing please contact customer after successfully sending otp from my number.

I've been trying for Scapia for 2 years and got approved for Federal Signet instead—any tips to improve my chances?

For the past 2 years, I’ve been trying to get the Federal Scapia credit card, but I’ve been rejected 3–4 times despite already having cards from SBI, Axis, and ICICI.

A few days ago, I came across a random post/ad suggesting the Federal Signet credit card, and I assumed I’d get rejected again. Surprisingly, it got approved with a limit of a little over 1 lakh.

My main goal is still to get the Scapia card, so I’m looking for suggestions on what I should do next. Also, this is probably the first card I got without any KYC/vKYC, maybe because I already have a Jupiter account.

I was also rejected for the CBS Edge credit card through the Jupiter app, and now I can’t even see the option to apply for it anymore.

Anyway, I still want the Scapia card. Since time isn’t a major issue right now, I’m okay waiting 3–4 months if there’s something I should do in the meantime to improve my chances.

If anyone has gone through something similar or knows what might help, please let me know.

Although not direct but IDFC silently devalued Mayura card. Till 5 days back bonus reward points were provided for vouchers purchased on their app but when I visited today to buy a voucher, there was disclaimer "Mayura card is not eligible for Bonus reward points".

Now with 7K fees card only benefit available is 12% and 20% on flight and hotel, rest is everything basic. So not much to keep card for.

I feel with all the Devalutations, is playing card game even worth now? I feel having 2-3 dedicated cashback cards are good enough and we should be happy with 5-10% direct cashback which would be okay for 90% of card users.

Not just chasing every 0.13% extra, the goal better be what makes one achieve this.

After spending about 1.5 yrs and over hundreds of hours in this sub and online, 6 months back I decided to stick to a long term plan and get the best cards only when my spends and lifestyle match it.

With overall 8 cards and using a combination of just 3 for ~7lac yearly spends, I'm at peace.

Find ur peace brothers and sisters. Don't make it a rat race here as well.

Axis bank neo and supermoney CC

I recently applied for both Axis Bank Neo CC and SuperMoney CC. KYC for both cards happened on the same day.

I already received my Neo card, but for the SuperMoney card the application status has been stuck on “Reviewing Application” for the last 7 days.

Is anyone else facing delays with the new Axis Bank x SuperMoney card applications?
Also, does Axis Bank have any restriction on approving 2 credit cards around the same time?

And for people already using the Axis Neo CC, can someone explain the process to avail the ₹300 cashback offer? The terms and conditions are written like ancient legal scripture designed to confuse sleep-deprived humans.

Got my first serious CC!

Got my Travel One CC! Only had the ICICI Sapphiro before this. Very okayish rewards and limited redemption methods, which weren't great either.

Super excited to use this because my wife and I want to travel more for sure.

Do let me know if any pro tips and tricks you've found useful if you have this one. Appreciate it!

Credit cards get rejected with 790 Cibil

Hi all,

My currently in hand is 1L+ and good cobil score of 790 with almost 4-5 years of credit history.

But most of the cards I apply get rejected, i dont know why.

I have tata neu infinity which I had to get via RM, on app it was also rejected initially.

All other cards I apply via app, it shows rejected, any particular reason?

Note : One reason which i can think of is I dont have a salary account, my salary gets credited into hdfc savings acc, I wanted to change but RM and everyone else mentioned it doesnt matter.

Many of my colleagues with lesser credit history/cibil/salary get the cards approved.

Can i understand from anywhere the exact reason?

Hey everyone,

I wanted to understand what credit cards you all are using for UPI cashback, especially for small transactions (< ₹100).

Currently, I'm using the Kiwi Yes Bank RuPay credit card, which gives ~1.5% cashback but only on transactions above ₹100.

I've been exploring alternatives and came across the SuperMoney credit card. It claims around 1-3% returns, but I've noticed that even with my existing ICICI RuPay card on the SuperMoney app, I'm already getting around 1.5-1.7% effective cashback for transaction less than 100 rs.

Is there any benefit of taking this credit card? Can anyone one share your experience regarding using this credit card? Are you constantly getting cashback more than 2% using this credit card?

Let's say if I get this credit card. How much cashback it generally gives for spending more than 100 rs.? Should I use super money credit card pr kiwi credit card? Also is there any other credit card which gives more cashback compared to these two?

Update: I am specifically telling about offline spends. I guess some people misunderstood the post. Also I am looking for LTF cards.

Thank you in advance.
