Help me 🙂

Don't click please.

I got aase offer from Accenture and waiting for training/onboarding. Meanwhile I'm unemployed from my graduation date (2025 batch), working somewhere but not earning much. My family thinking that I'm telling lies, faking the joining to avoid my failures. And Accenture forgot about me. Got OL in March. Emailed multiple times but no response from them. Anyone have any idea how to handle such situation. Also I've offer from some EDTech to join on decent pay. Should I join EDTech or wait for Accenture, considering I'm core CS graduate. What should I do and when I can expect my joining/training start.

How is RTO going for you all?

How many hours are you guys spending in the office? I haven't been spending 9 hours per se, majorly because my shift is not a regular one. Now I want to know whether you have to spend 9 hours irrespective of your shift?

Are they tracking hours as well? Any intel on this?

Location change request not accepted

Hi Guys,

I have applied for the Bangalore location, but unfortunately I received the offer for Pune location which I have accepted.

When i connected with HR, she said she raised a request for location change. But it was not approved.

Today HR told there is no other option i have to report to Pune location only. Because I have already assigned to a project based in Pune location.

Is there any chance of WFH or monthly 1 visit or can I request my manager or my POC for the location change.

Kindly need your advice.

Thanks in advance.

Room to negotiate?

Had salary talks last week, HR offered 28L fixed (budget's 30L). I'm aiming for 31-32L. Got the 28L offer but haven't accepted.

I reached out to my referrer and he asked for hike details, but no response yet in 3 days.

Experience: 9.8 years. Skills: SAP SuccessFactors. Current CTC: 19.5L fixed, 21.5L total.

Designation offered is L8.

Will they try to reach to 30L? How long does offer revision take if they are going through approvals?

Accenture training (AASE) vs Infosys offer (SP L1) — what should I do?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently in a bit of a dilemma and wanted some practical advice.

I got offers from both Accenture and Infosys through campus placements. My college mentioned that they’ve accepted the Infosys offer on my behalf, but so far I haven’t received any joining date or further updates from Infosys.

Meanwhile, Accenture has started sending training-related mails.

My main concern is:

  • Is it okay if I attend Accenture’s training for now to stay on the safe side?
  • And later, if Infosys sends a confirmed joining date, can I choose Infosys instead and drop Accenture by failing in training without any issues?

Has anyone been in a similar situation? What’s the safest way to handle this?

Thanks in advance!

Main difference between infosys and accenture

Got AASE role but didnt get the preferred location(NCR) but got something that I am okay with it(Indore). Also I am having infosys DSE role but the location will be confirmed after training, haven't got any update from infosys tho.

So based on this what should I choose, will infosys give me the preferred location ? anywhere near NCR region will work for me but it will be bad if they throw me to the south.

Also if we take a general case which company is better for a fresher?

Wfh exceptions

Hi everyone,

I’ve completed my 90-day WFH quota, but I’m currently dealing with some health issues and may need continued WFH support for some more time.

I wanted to ask if anyone has gone through a similar situation — whom should I reach out to for requesting an extension or exception? Should I start with my manager, HR, occupational health/medical team, or someone else?

ATCI - Roll Off from a project

Hey everyone, I’ve been in BASIS for a while now and honestly? I’m over it. Between the move to the cloud (where SAP handles the heavy lifting) and a manager who’s pretty rude, I feel like I’m plateauing hard.

I’m planning to take a competency test to pivot into Java development, but I’m worried about the "roll-off" process. I’ve heard rumors that managers here will basically tag you as "incompetent" in your current stream just to justify moving you off a project.

can anybody help me with what should i do ?

How strict is attendance during stream training at Accenture?

Does anyone know how much attendance is actually required? Like is there a specific minimum percentage we need to maintain, or is it more flexible as long as we’re doing fine with assessments?

Also, does it have any impact on onboarding if you miss few sessions?

I’ve heard different things from different people, so I’m not sure what the minimum percentage is or how strictly it’s enforced.

Resigning from Accenture – Need advice on notice period, workload & BGV

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working at Accenture as a DevOps Engineer. Due to extreme project pressure and burnout, I’ve decided to put in my papers. I have a 90-day notice period, and my plan is to use this time mainly for interview prep and upskilling so I can switch to a better role.

Given the current workload, I’m considering doing the bare minimum (or close to it) on the project during my notice period so I can focus more on preparation. However, I have a few concerns:

  1. Work ethics & consequences:

If I don’t contribute much during these 90 days, what actions can management/HR realistically take? Can they terminate me early or delay/withhold relieving or experience letters?

  2. Background verification (BGV):

Does low productivity or “quiet quitting” during the notice period impact BGV with future employers? Is there a risk of being marked as “Not Eligible for Rehire” or having negative remarks added?

  3. Exit formalities / experience:

Has anyone here gone through a similar exit from Accenture? How did you balance project expectations with interview prep?

I do want to leave on decent terms, but the current pressure is making it very difficult to prepare effectively while working full throttle.

Would really appreciate any insights or real experiences from folks who’ve been through this.

Thanks in advance!

What is the next step here?

Hey Guys,

I received an email from Accenture regarding an online assessment.

Here is the situation - I already gave an assessment as my first step after applying for a job in Accenture. Later I completed two rounds of Interview one Skills interview and another final managerial round.

After completing the final round I received an email requesting for documents before releasing an offer. At this point I thought the next email would be related to the offer but received an email regarding Online assessment.

What's the deal here, is this an expected another round or I have moved back to square one with my application. Workday profile shows status at Assessment.

I will certainly be reaching out to them on email but wanted to know your thoughts.

Any quick help here!?
