HELP I charged until 100% yesterday

Hello;
I know charging to 100% damage the battery; it happened yesterday, I set the protective limit Apple used to block the charge to 80 or 90%; but for some reason the Iphone charged to 100%

How much damaged is the phone if it reaches 100% ? Will I be fine ? Will I lose a lot of autonomy ?

It happened just one single time and the phone stayed at 100% about 17-18 minuts untill I notice so I hope the battery is not too damaged.

In Switzerland the X60 costs now 1629.-

swiss francs are the same as euros and USD; so 1629.- for a vacuum start to be expensive; I wonder if the X60 is worth that price !

The Dreame categories explained

X
Classic ultra high end line. Maximum technology, huge station, obstacle climbing, AI, often the versatile flagship line.

L
More reasonable high end line. Good balance between price and premium features, complete station, but less extreme than the X series.

D
Entry or mid range line. Simpler, cheaper, decent vacuuming, station sometimes less complete.

Aqua
Line focused on mopping performance ("aqua" means "water"). The main strength is the more advanced mop system, like the Roller or the Track.

Matrix
Premium experimental line with automatic mop swapping depending on rooms or usage. Very sophisticated, but also more complex.

Master
Premium line with a docking station connected directly to the home’s water supply and drainage system. Harder to install, but amazing once everything is set up properly because the robot can manage water almost fully automatically.

Are we going to discover it's all in a computer or a simulation or something ? This is so weird the show is "sci-fi". It would be fun if it was a mistake !

Today I hit 5 months with the Air. My conclusion is simple: YouTubers who criticized this phone because they are obsessed with spec sheets are wrong. In 5 months, I never needed the ultra wide camera. I just took a few steps back and it was the same. The battery calibrated over time and I finish my days with 60%. I also took the time to disable useless background features. Clearly, the battery life is quite incredible. Do not forget that the battery makes up 80% of the inside of the phone. And in any case, you can charge at the office or at home in 2026.

In the end, I never get tired of it. I love this phone. The feeling of just holding a big, lightweight screen is insane. The size is perfect, bigger than the 17 Pro which is too small, and smaller than the 17 Pro Max which is too big. The featherweight feel is impressive, the sensation of having nothing in your pocket, and above all its incredible durability. It is made of grade 5 titanium. The polished titanium gives it a premium, almost jewelry like look on the outside while still being grade 5 titanium. People who drop it report no damage, and on the iPhone Air subreddit many go caseless. I feel like this is the ultimate iPhone. Putting the most powerful Pro CPU inside is also brilliant. This thin phone with Pro level performance becomes the ultimate gaming console. In short, the best iPhone ever.

We have ears, a tongue, and eyes. These robots perceive the world through sensors that are very different from the human body. I made a diagram for my Aqua10 Ultra Roller to understand all these sensors, but it likely applies to many other models as well.

I have the aqua10 ultra roller, will it last 1 year ? 2 years ? 5 years ? with proper maintenance and parts replacements ?

Hello;

If anyone from the official Dreame team read this; I have an idea to improve the app :

Dreame robot vacuums use lithium ion batteries, which are excellent, but they tend to wear out faster when charged beyond 80%. Fortunately, Dreame introduced a feature that lets you limit charging to 80% or 90%. Personally, I keep mine at 80% so the battery lasts longer over the years.

Actually, in physics and electricity theory, the real issue is not that the battery reaches 90 to 100%, but that it remains at that level, because prolonged high voltage causes damage over time.

So here is my idea: when a cleaning session is scheduled, for example at 3 PM, and charging is limited to 80% or 90%, it would be great to have a feature that automatically removes the limit 15 minutes beforehand.

That would let the robot quickly gain a few extra percent and use them right away.

Here in Switzerland, we have our own “Amazon” called Galaxus. Out of all robot vacuums, the one that was rated the highest and most appreciated by everyone was this model and brand: Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller. I spent ten minutes looking at the information, everything seemed perfect, so I bought it. However, out of laziness, I did not take the time to really research it properly.

A few days after delivery, I started hearing horror stories about this model. Apparently the biggest site, Vacuum Wars, removed it from their top rankings because of customer complaints related to flooding and leaks. Because of that, people seem not to think much further and just conclude, “ah, roller equals leaks, so no, I will look at other models.” I was a bit scared; but finally everything went fine :

I have had it for three months now, and personally I have had zero issues. After digging through Reddit and the internet, it seems the leaks were coming from the robot’s dirty water tank, which was not stable, had some play, and could move from left to right. Some users fixed it with "chair pads" placed at the left and right of the container. This issue has been fixed on recent models in the early 2026; on mine, a 2026 unit, the tank does not move at all and I have never had any flooding or leakage.

In fact, my roller works so well, and I am not paid by Dreame, that it makes me sad this model seems to be unfairly blacklisted because of a defect on the first production batches, while the current product not only has no issues, but the system of a roller that continuously washes the floor with clean water and presses firmly against the surface is not just marketing, it cleans better than the others.

So I was wondering: among all robot vacuums and brands, Dreame, Roborock, and others, how do you perceive this model, the Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller?

By the way, with many brands, it is easy to look at a product range and the prices and immediately understand which model is more premium than the other. But with Dreame, it is incredibly complicated. There is the Dreame X60, which just came out and seems to be the top model of the brand, even though it only uses simple rotating mop pads that do not even replace themselves, while the Dreame Matrix does change them. Then I have no idea whether the Dreame Track is more or less premium than the Roller. On top of that, on the official Dreame website, the tracks model looks like it has disappeared from all comparisons and brochures. In short.

Hello;

I have heard lot of people having issues with the mop cover so i want to prevent the problems. I have some lubricant and I’d like to apply it to this part and its mechanism. I was surprised to see someone here comment that it’s possible to completely remove the cover and put it back on, because mine is like in this video, where a German guy applies lubricant and says he hasn’t had any issues since. On mine, it’s impossible to grab the part on the left or right side. Is there differenr design for the roller ?

Hello,

When I search this sub, I mostly see complaints and negative feedback. Maybe that distorts the picture, because in my country, Switzerland, there have been thousands of orders of this model and very few returns. So maybe the silent majority has no issues, and people only post online when something goes wrong.

However, it seems this model can have different kinds of failures. The ones that concern me the most are:

  1. Water leaks. It seems this can come from the rear tank of the robot having too much play and moving left to right on older models. Fortunately, I do not have that issue.

  2. Problems with the dust bag. What exactly happens there? Does Dreame have a fix for it? Yes, sometimes some dust gets stuck in the filter, but I just drop that dust into the trash and there is no issue. Apparently a dust backflow flap can fail. If that happens, is there a solution?

  3. A problem specific to the Roller seems to be that some users sometimes get a bug where the mop protection activates for no reason continuously. That is probably a sensor issue, right? Maybe it thinks it is on a carpet? Is there also a fix for that in case it happens to me?

Are there people with a practical mindset who solve issues instead of just being difficult customers who complain and return everything? Designing a robot like this with hundreds of parts and functions is difficult. I am an engineer, I know what I am talking about. In my opinion, people also need to make some effort themselves. For example the leaking issue is super easy to fix; by adding pads we use for chairs on the left and right of the water container of the robot
