Advice for early 50s?
I’m in my early fifties, single and childfree and have started to think more about holding on to / maximizing the health and wellbeing I have now. Would love some advice from this group about things (habits, practices) you’re glad you focused on to maximize your health and longevity when younger - am thinking Pilates, sleep, posture, maybe addressing joint aches and pains early? Tips for financial management welcome too! Thank you 🙏!
