What can I do to stop my sun damage from getting worse? Also damage to my skin from vaping

I'm scared to ask how bad it really is. I was in the sun a lot tanning and didn't use sun screen like a dummy as a teenager. After 20 I did use sunscreen but not like I should've. I also vaped for a year and it ruined my skin around my mouth on one side. What can I do to help my situation and is it really bad?

Advice needed

Context: I take care of my home bound grandfather. He's still living alone for now and someone just bought the place next door. After about a month, I was outside when his new neighbor was and we talked and I told him the situation. I told him to come over later when we are on the porch as my grandfather wanted to meet him.

He came over and talked for awhile. He asked for my number so he can keep an eye on my grandfather or atleast watch out and let me know if something happen. I work full time of course so I was happy to give it to him.

The neighbor is new to the area so I told him a good place to eat and later that day he texted me it was good. Then asked about other places then was trying to ask me out without doing it and I shut it down without saying anything. Then yesterday he was texting me saying he hasn't seen my grandpa. He then just came out and asked if I would go. I ignored it then hours later asked him if I could ask him a question.

I want to ask him why he would even ask me that because 1 he's almost twice my age and 2 he's married. This happens to me all the time I feel like. I'm just being a nice human and don't even date men. I'm actually kinda offended at this. I just think it's low to now the situation I'm in and try to use that to cheat on his wife. So my question is how do I word it? It's like I want to be so rude but also want someone to keep an eye on my grandfather. Advice please

Small firm doesn't actually close books. Need advice about career PLEASE!

Context: I started in AP and AR. Then went to public and was on an outsourced accounting team for a pretty large national firm. We did full cycle accounting. Entered in everything. Made adjustments and closed the books. A senior reviewed my work and send off financials to owners. Also did sales tax, 2 small payrolls, payroll tax and quarterly filing for federal, state and cities.

Now I'm at a extremely small firm. It's just all PAYROLLS , payroll tax, sales tax, and bookkeeping and of course quarterly filings for all my payroll clients. We just reconcile and send a P&L to SOME clients. Most of them don't even care so we don't send them. I asked why we don't actually close ANY books. Didn't really get an answer. The most "actual" accounting I do is entering and printing checks and reconciling and pulling P&Ls and putting them in an excel spreadsheet to make sure client is within yearly budget every month. And that's only one client.

I feel like I don't actually know anything about accounting and have actually went back 5 steps career wise. I can't get find another job and honestly my resume isn't going over well I feel.

I guess my question is this firm a joke? Is entering in bookkeeping and pulling a P&L considered closing the books for the month?

How did you interview while in public? I'm at my second firm and I'm ready to get out of public.

I've been searching like that crazy and I have finally found a good opportunity in my area (middle of no where kinda) with good pay. The hirer reached out to ME.

Friday he asked for a call on Monday. The thing is I can't. I have a set lunch because the office closes down. The owners get so pissed when you have anything going on. I have no days off. Even someone I work with said they told grudges over stuff like that.

How the hell do I leave this place without just quitting? Does telling the interviewer I can only talk before work or just on my lunch hour make me look bad?

I looked at my mom's Facebook and saw that she screenshotted and posted my work picture and work bio my company has online. She said she was a proud mom.

It was so weird to look at imo. She post stuff like that but the whole time ruins everything for me behind my back. She was actually the reason I lost my last job. I hated it but I did decently well financially. So I had to take my current job which is a lot less. I'm currently not making enough to pay my bills because of her.

I stopped seeing her right before I lost that job last May and 2-3 months ago deleted socials and changed my number. She sent me a birthday card but has never showed up to my house in the past year.

Any normal mother would've showed up at their childs home and asked why have you stopped seeing me? Why aren't we talking? It's because she knows I know what she is.
