I sold an item to someone and they responded to say that there was some damage when it arrived. I know it was fine when it was shipped. I already received the Ebay payout for the sale. How should I respond to the buyer? Should I tell them to submit a claim to Ebay? Is Ebay going to take the money back out of my account?
I started using the brushless impact driver. I find that to turn it on, I have to hold the trigger for about 10 seconds. It then stays active as long as I keep using it. But if I put it down and idle for more than about 2 minutes, it goes back to seemingly a sleep mode and I have to hold the trigger for another 10 seconds again. It's really annoying when I have to keep waiting for it to turn back on. Is this normal behavior? I tried several different batteries and it's the same for all. My non-impact driver does not do this and turns on instantly.
For the past 2 years I have been using Beats Studio Pros. One thing that really annoys me is when I'm wearing them outside on a windy day, the ambient wind noise is kind of amplified and heard inside the headphones. I have a good seal with the cups over my ears, but it seems as though the headphones are picking up the wind as ambient noise and not able to cancel it out, so it's like a whooshing sound inside the headphones every time the wind blows. I was thinking of upgrading to the APM2's, but wondering if anyone experiences this with the APM2's when worn outdoors.
Bought a new iPhone at an Apple store last weekend. I clicked on Verizon as my carrier, put in my number and account details, and paid for the phone in full. I did not have a chance to set up the new phone yet as I need to transfer the line over from an existing iPhone. But really my question is, what is the purpose of doing the Verizon activation through Apple? There is nothing in my Verizon account that makes any mention of a new phone activation pending. Does this actually do anything to help set up the new phone?
Also, I have seen many people mention that there can be problems setting up the eSIM through the iPhone quick setup. Should I just skip that step and set up the phone directly through the Verizon website?
A little while ago my watch vibrated and I see "Double click to pay". I was in the bathroom at my house, so not near any NFC readers, and I did not initiate any apple pay transactions. I made an Apple Pay online purchase on my iPad a couple hours earlier. Not sure if this was just a glitch or a cause for concern. I did check and confirm that no unauthorized devices are logged into my Apple account. Has anyone else ever seen this?
