iOS 27 Will Let You Create Custom Wallet Passes
I’m excited for this. They should have added it years ago!

I’m now forced to delete the plane tickets because they won’t auto expire anymore. So much for saving the old tickets as keepsakes.
Does anyone have experience with using remote controls in Wallet? A friend shared their Genesis key with me so that I could play with it, and I’m wondering about the following:
Do some vehicles support non-proximity, server-based remote controls (that work even if you’re miles away)
Do some automakers hid proximity controls behind a subscription (but let you use the Wallet key for free)
I dont use Apple Pay/Cash, but someone sent me money with what looks like Apple Cash. I told them not to and dont want it. It came through as a text from them. Do I need to do anything to deny it, or if I do nothing it just wont come to me. Or once they sent it, it is mine.
I mistakenly made an Apple Cash transfer to a bank account I closed two years ago. I obviously meant to transferred the cash to a different bank account. I did this 10 days ago and called the Apple Cash support phone number they’re seeing if they can reverse that. I’m just really nervous that I accidentally threw away $4000. Have anybody else ever ran into an issue like this? What was the outcome?
Biggest problem I’m seeing is that it shows as a completed transfer in my Apple wallet history… So where the hell is the money?
Tapped my Apple Watch, it took my picture, double clicked the side button to confirm… and then nope. Had to sheepishly dig through my bag and fork over my driver’s license.
Starting about a month ago, for reasons unknown to me, my bank account which I had been transferring my Apple Cash too had been removed. I have input the routing and account number about a hundred times now, and each time it says that the account has been added - but it still gives me the same prompt to input my account information each time.
Furthermore, the fee listed for transfer to my debit card is multiplied by ten when I have to pay it.
What is this? Is Apple preventing me from using my bank account so they can skim my transfer fee which they are lying to me about? I have advocated for Apple Cash over Venmo to my friends for years and now I have come to regret it. If I cannot find a solution, I will just stop using Apple Cash altogether.
I have updated the iOS, restarted the phone, restarted the WiFi, tried to it over LTE, and many other things since this started.
I'm trying to add my debit card to apple wallet on my iPad but on the last step, it won't send a verification code to my phone. Does anyone know why and how to fix it
Hi so yes I double checked. I have my physical card at home with me, never lost it, haven’t used the physical card in forever. The charge was at a local convention center, I’m at home and have been since 4pm. I’m confused at how it could have even gotten to my Apple Pay. I’m guessing it declined because the person didn’t know my pin. It’s not on my bank statement. Just my wallet statement. Idk how this happened. Any ideas on anything I can do to make sure nobody tries to have a joy ride on my card would be appreciated. I can’t even begin to think how my card would have been on someone else’s Apple Pay. My card doesn’t leave my wallet unless I need it because I use tap to pay on my phone all the time and not on my card.
Edit: so people telling me to call USAA. It doesn’t show in my statement for USAA so they wouldn’t even know about it. My physical card is there so they have it on Apple Pay, with Apple Pay you need to know the pin to use it so unless they got the pin too I’m not too worried. Just thought it was weird. If the transaction went through I would be calling Apple rn because my bank got nothing to do with this one.
Hi! I was wondering how I can differentiate between multiple of the same type of transit card (ex. Japan’s Suica) in my Apple wallet. Can I name them, or how do they look? Thanks!
There’s a local pizza place we order from online that I use Apple Pay with. Over Christmas, my in-laws paid for pizza, so I manually entered their card number on the pizza place’s order form. Ever since then, every time I go back to using Apple Pay, it has charged my in-laws card. Last night I looked before double-clicking to make sure Apple Pay was showing my card number… but sure enough, the receipt showed my in laws card. I checked and my account at the pizza place doesn’t have any cards stored on it. I looked at my Apple Pay settings and don’t see their card stored there. Any ideas for how to fix this?
so basically the apple wallet and td notification said 60000 was taken after i paid for a place called “fork and knife” resturant in my city, windsor ontario. is there any reason for this? only 14 was taken out of my account but im worried that the 60000 charge could still appear or be there. i paid with apple pay
My Apple Pay used to work everywhere. After signing out of my Apple ID and signing back in, I had to re-add my cards to Wallet. Since then, it works at some places like IKEA, but gets declined at others like Costco and even a restaurant I went to this week.
I’ve removed and re-added the card multiple times and even got a brand new debit card and added that but nothing changed.
The physical card still works when inserted, and Apple Pay still works at a lot of places, just not certain terminals. I’m with TD and using Visa Debit if that matters.
Has anyone dealt with this or figured out what causes it?
Hi!
I recently noticed something very wrong with my apple pay.
I made a few purchases on some games, and i noticed that my current purchase was processed as a previous one.
For example:
“VIP Pack” $19.99, then I buy a random skin or something for $5, it’ll charge me the 19.99 instead. My next purchase was 15.99, but charged me the $5 instead.
It’s confusing to explain, but my purchases charge for the previous charge? not the current one. This only happens when I use apple pay in games, I can use apple pay and shop IRL with no issues.
I recently went to a restaurant and paid with apply pay. They gave me the original amount plus tax and I paid with Apple Pay and I saw the total was 25.33 and then a few seconds later I was prompted for the tip amount. I selected a tip amount and that was it and I didn’t use my phone again. Later I checked the amount on my wallet and saw that they had added the tip to my amount to 30.64. Is this a new system that Apple Pay has added to show the total amount with tip?
I recently purchased a used iPhone 14 Pro and upgraded to iOS 26.4.2
I added debit card to wallet. The payment declines in some stores, but works in others.
My old iPhone 13 worked in all these stores no problem.
I called my bank they said everything looked fine on their end. I called Apple they ran diagnostics and ended up suggesting to book an appointment for hardware inspection or repair.
Has anyone else dealt with this issue? Or have any suggestions how to fix?
I’ve checked the card details are all correct. Date and time are correct.
If it works at some stores it should work in all?
Thanks
I’ve seen more people with this issue… any ideas on how can I fix this? I have 50€ in there.
