When heating up frozen dinners like Mac and Cheese, do they have to reach 165 degrees all over to be safe or just in part of it?

Today when heating up a frozen mac and cheese meal I had an issue where initially I could only get it to 165 degrees in one part of the dish(one of the corners)while in other parts it didn't quite get there, so I ended up having to reheat it several times before it got 165 and above all over. My question is, is it safe to meat frozen dinners like pasta if it's only 165 degrees in part of the dish? Or does it have to be 165 degrees all over before it's safe to eat?

anyone else ever had your OCD suddenly vanish and been unable to figure out why?

For the past five months i've been dealing with anxiety, much of it related to OCD(especially when it comes to hand-washing to avoid germs, it got to the point that one of my hands got really dry until I learned to chill out with the water temperature)it started when I found mice and mice droppings in my kitchen so I was worried about hantavirus(definitely glad I got that concern out of my system before most of the rest of the world found out about the virus after that whole cruise ship outbreak)and ever since then it's been one worry after another, some of it due to bad luck(like my state somehow getting more tornadoes then any other state despite us historically not getting hit by them very often, had to deal with a tornado warning a couple of nights so that was unpleasant, luckily nothing happened)and some of it due to my own mind overreacting(freaking out over the possibility of getting sick from accidentally ingesting some rainwater). Some days were better then others, but then suddenly a few days ago after I listened to Insane Clown Posse's Pass Me By after another freakout, suddenly my fight-or-flight anxiety was just gone. Ever since then i've never had another panic-induced freakout that lasted for hours and i'm not constantly worried about stuff anymore. I still do get concerned about stuff and I still do have some of my OCD habits(I.E. not wanting to put plates of food on the counter because that's where the mice had left droppings in the past even though it's been months since i've seen any evidence of mice in the house)but overall I haven't had any major freak-outs since then, it's like my mind refuses to let me spiral again, not sure if it was that particular song putting my mind at ease or what(it's a song i've listened to a number of times before, but for whatever reason this time it put my mind at ease)but I'm enjoying not being constantly panicked over random stuff and I hope to maintain it. I feel like my old self again for the first time in a while and i'm determined to enjoy it and make the most of it.

Curious if anyone else on here has ever gone through something like this and had your anxiety/OCD just vanish out of nowhere(or at least be greatly reduced)without much explanation?

upper right arm has been feeling kind of limp for a few days, think it might've been from years of bad posture. could it be Tendinitis?

I'm on the computer a lot(like 10 hours a day)and tend to sleep on my side with my arm under my pillow and I think years of that might've caused issues with my right-arm as a couple of days ago when washing my hands suddenly my right-arm felt weird and numb for a few seconds then it went away and ever since then my upper right-arm has felt kind of limp and odd. Sometimes I don't even notice it, but when i'm doing a task that requires both my arms I notice it. My first thought when that numbness happened was that it might be a TIA or something like that so I went to the ER just in case, they gave me a neck x-ray and sent me home same day so it must not have been serious(And I had an EKG and chest x-ray done last year that came back good and normal so i know it's not heart-related). My arm isn't in pain, just feels weird and limp and whenever I touch and rub my tendon area it feels kind of sore. I think it might be bicep tendonitis or something like that.

Anyone on here experience anything like this or know what it might be?

Playing the reboot and enjoying it so far, legitimately do not get the hate at all.

I'm playing the Saints Row reboot and so far i'm really enjoying it, I really don't get the hate this one got at all, I can understand how those who played it at launch when it was apparently quite glitchy were annoyed(I had a bad experience with Alien Isolation in that regard, it was buggier for me then Colonial Marines ironically enough)but some of the criticism was just beyond stupid(not even going to waste my time on the drooling idiot mouthbreathers that whined about the game because "Hurr durr woke!", even though Saints Row has ALWAYS been "woke" so those loser morons have no clue what they are talking about)like ZOMG Rim Jobs got changed to Jim Robs, oh NOES! The protagonist talks about student loans(which is only for like one damn mission)OMG the horror! Like goddamn there are few games i've seen stupider complaints about then this one. I do have my issues with it(the soundtrack is a real mixed big, the rap and metal stations are good but the rest is kinda eh, still better then SR4's mostly lackluster soundtrack tho)but overall I honestly think it's a better game then SR3 and 4 and feels closer to the spirit of the first two games. Sure you might not be as ruthless as the boss from those games, but the humor and tone feels more in-line with those games, and it's had some badass moments so far(how can you not love harrier jet sequence in the beginning mission?)and I quite like the boss's friends, especially Neenah.

Another thing that annoys me is how certain fans assume that those who like this game must be new players, I've been playing since the first game on 360 and I think the reboot is genuinely solid and it's a shame it didn't do better(and anyone blaming this game's failure on Volition's closure is just plain ignorant, Embracer is the real reason they shut down, they bought too many studios too fast in anticipation of a deal with a Saudi company that ultimately fell through, this game could've been a hit and Embracer still would've shut down Volition). Honestly there was no place left for the original series to go at this point so I don't really see what other option they had but to do a reboot. For me I was getting tired of the over-the-top tone in parts 3 and 4, they had their moments, but they were so over-the-top that it ultimately felt less special, part 4 was both too over-the-top and dull for me(to me it just felt like a weaker version of Prototype, even down to having almost the exact same gliding mechanic).

I have to say the open world of Santa Ilso is a big improvement over Steelport(which felt kinda dull and lifeless, especially in SR4 when they just made it darker with a shitty night filter that you can't change until you beat the game, even then it does not look quite right IMO)it actually feels like a living breathing world that I want to spend time in, as opposed to a place where i'm just mindlessly collecting stuff and waiting for the next story bit to happen like I was in Steelport. I'm enjoying the story so far, the gangs are definitely an improvement over part 3 as they feel like actual gangs and not just a loose collection of lame villains. I also like the challenge system that rewards you for doing stuff around the world like buying clothes and driving certain ways, it gives you an actual incentive to mix things up.

What are some games that have mixed to negative reviews where you're genuinely baffled by the hate?

Any game or games that you changed you as a person? Few examples for me, the Borderlands 2 Mr Torgue DLC made me stop worrying so much about finding true love, that conversation with Torgue's mother where she goes on about how you shouldn't spend every waking moment searching for love but rather just enjoy life and focus on doing what you enjoy and maybe you'll find love that way. At the time I was on dating sites and worrying about being single but after that I deleted my profiles and stopped worrying about that and learned to embrace being single.

Life is Strange Before the Storm made me appreciate little moments more in general, and Twin Mirror made me listen to my more critical self in general.
