What a yummy easy dinner. Didn’t feel like “cooking” so heated up chicken nuggets.
Made bacon first for the spinach salad, poured out the grease to make the salad dressing. Then used the pan for the broccoli (that was fresh I cut up) let the broccoli get some color before deglazing the pan with chicken stock seasoned with just salt and pepper added parm and mild cheddar covered it and took it off the heat to steam and melt the cheese.
Rice vinegar, sugar, bacon fat, salt and pepper for the spinach salad dressing.
Garlic and goat cheese aïoli was mayo yogurt goat cheese salt and yuzu 👀
