Security is practically nonexistent, and the fence has many holes. It’s very dark inside, so make sure to bring powerful flashlights. Warning: the vertical shafts are extremely deep and not all of them are fenced off

Working electricity, no graffiti, intact walls and chairs, everything is in perfect condition. Entry is only through the roof. Guitars, accordions, vases, and even a statue of Lenin have been preserved. Small items like fire extinguishers, sneakers, bags, etc. are also still there.
