High phone bill

More to my last post. My phone bill spiked to almost $100. I got a payment extention. My phone service got suspended a day before bill was due. I didnt know until I tried to send a text to someone. I was apparently throttling on leftover data after my phone service cut off. Im not complaining about the leftover data usage as I did pay for it. I called boost becuz it wasn't letting me pay online and I kept getting redirected thru automated system trying to pay it on the phone. The customer service lady was helpful. She told me that it was becuz I was paying insurance on my devices and I had an $10 a month charge for the 10gb extra add on. I said I never wanted insurance, even turned it down my last upgrade. I did get credit to my account and my next bill will be back to the $67 it was. They removed the insurance and the 10 gb add on. So with my plan each device has unlimited data and hotspot, international calling, 80gbs high speed data, as well as perks for some of my streaming apps. If u get the right customer service rep, things can be fixed.

Well the attacks continue. I had all of my dwellers unassigned and the attacks just keep happening. I then lost all my legendary dwellers and pets. It just keeps on happening. It was up to 550,000 caps to revive everyone. I had to delete alot of the rooms. Idk why it keeps happening. Makes me not even wanna play if I have to keep dealing with it. Its now instant death upon opening the vault.

Well this has happened again. And now my plans monthly fee is up $11. I have a phone and tablet.both unlimited. My phones premium data is 60gb with a 12gb premium hot spot. My tablet is 30gbs of premium data. I have text and calling on my phone. I had to call customer service becu z once again, the day after I pay my bill, my phones internet access is extremely slow and hotspot is so slow I cant even connect other devices. My tablet also wouldn't connect without wifi. Customer service rep argued that my phone and tablet have no data when the premium is used up. I had to correct him. Ive had my account for so many yrs that im grandfathered in. My bill jumped up a total of $73 within 6 month time. Within the last 3 months I have had network issues. Its really bad. And after the first time they had to fix my network issue, they keep bumping my bill up. I also now have to pay $20 instead of $10 for payment extentions. I pay my bill ahead of time but sometimes I have to payment extend due to my paychecks. I am never late on my bill.

We have a regular doordasher come to my job who calls first and demands to know if specific orders are ready. Hes downright rude. He says he's not showing up unless we have it made? My job gets a ton of orders for pick and deliveries. We make them only when they show up on our pack screen. If they arent showing up on upcoming orders, we cant make it either. Some orders may be scheduled pickups. He demands we "make it now". He's rude entering the store and even demands a drink "for the wait".

I use my laptop, 2 phones, and a tablet. I am logged in on all and have it set to trust devices. Yet everytime I open the app, I have to verify by email and text. It then repeatedly logs me out 5 or more times before it stopped. It doesn't do it on my laptop or if I access thru thr browser on my devices.
