how do i replicate bioluminescence into a dress i’m making?

specifically the bioluminescent wave. i want it to be motion activated as in i want the light to travel across the dress from top to bottom along with movement of my body when i wear the dress.

here is a link of the specific thing im looking forward to replicate - https://youtube.com/shorts/NmlFZmGkuBc?si=ve60cbTKp1NaKamd

a first time mandala art that i made about 2 and a half years ago.

it’s not perfect i know. it was my first time attempting it. i didn’t have the exact tools for it and did it on a spare piece of cardboard i had. the design is completely mine and it’s an original piece. i started from the centre and slowly made concurrent circles, coming up with designs as i completed. used mirrors and acrylic paint and used back tips of paint brushes for placing the paint spot. the circles are also not perfect as my compass could only stretch much, so had to resort to freehanding it.

My aunt (aged 56) passed away last thursday. This is was extremely shocking to us and most of us as a family, still haven’t processed or accepted what happened.

My aunt went to the hospital earlier last week, suspecting cancer and they wanted to take a sample for biopsy. ( she, uncle and her two kids live in Dubai and they have already been to a hospital there but they just wanted to simply test it out in india)

While taking the sample for biopsy, accidentally her artery got cut and she passed away on thursday. I was told that she got unconscious multiple times and also there was heavy internal bleeding.

We are all in such shock. She was a healthy person. Not bedridden. No serious medical issues. She just went for a checkup.

Even though I don’t know how her immediate family is going to deal with this legally, I just wanted to know what could be the possible legal consequences.

Please note that - I am a 20 year old outstation college student. I got called fake by someone under this post. I am trying to make sense of my aunt’s death with the information I have. I don’t really know anything beyond what I have described and I can’t keep pestering my grieving family who is already in shock. Neither am i medical student or with any kind of science background. So please refrain from commenting that it’s fake because I really can’t take it or argue with a stranger online, I’m already mentally down. My aunt was like a mother to me.

If anyone could also help me understand this medically, it would be very helpful. Thankyou
