Does DHV Magellan story jump also deduct likes from cargo on board?

Title.

There are several points in game that Magellan just jumps on its own. Will this kind of jump also make delivery give less likes? Or is it the normal number of likes.

Not exactly in a place in game to test this right now, would appreciate if someone has the answer already.

Edit: thank you all for replying, the consensus is then no like deducted in this specific case!

SSD size decision should be based on how you use it

Sorry this is a rant post but I really want to have somewhere to discuss the storage choices and tech hygiene.

My gf recently got a Neo, was torn between 256G or 512G, and at the end settled on 256G because she just wanted an inexpensive portable laptop that she can carry around for notes taking and browsing for her studies. It’s been a month and she is perfectly happy with it.

We were talking about how in reality 256G can suffice if that’s really what you need (she even imports her photos there). But then this friend of hers just inserted herself saying no absolutely not enough, evidence? Her Mac mini is full of cache files in random locations from her vibe-coded chatbots and video making scripts.

“More than 70G cache!”

Well it’s cache and you need to clean them if they make your storage explode. Especially if you are the one vibe coded those scripts to generate them in the first place.

Nope it’s all Apple’s fault, “a 256G Mac mini is not enough!”

I was patient enough to suggest some file detection and cleaning app, this friend said used some other app. Well obviously it doesn’t do its job right.

We both know my gf only bought it for browsing and PDF and Apple notes. Her AI script usage and video editing should never have a say in whether 256G is enough for my gf’s use case. Anyway my gf is satisfied with her Neo and that’s the most important thing.

It’s still maddening that after people vibe code trash apps and scripts and those trash generate more trash, instead of cleaning trash they claim it’s because 256G is not enough? Some seriously brain rotting stuff.

It’s kinda like saying 8G RAM is not enough because Tahoe has memory leakage. Is larger size always better? Yes if you can afford it. Is the problem always rooted from a smaller storage? No.

If I check details sometimes with lost cargo, I would have 5 likes per cargo for "spotless Condition". I tried to search up about it but no result.

Is it from the container being 100% (sometimes I just pass through timefall shelter for this)? Does that mean container spray finally has a use?

Edit: Just did a very quick test at one place, picked up a lost cargo, upon delivery it has 0 content damage, but 24% container damage. If just turned that in no spotless, yet if I spray it to 0% container as well, now a new spotless condition with 5 likes in the summary.

Currently played to the point of being able to jump from places to places.

Glad to see all those QoL changes from 1, but the road signs are just not readable, the color contrast and font size aren't helping and the glowing light further makes it hard in the day. Why this got a downgrade T_T

My friend has a six-year-old Dell G15 5511 that has never re-pasted nor opened and cleaned. We watched disassembly videos and followed steps to apply PTM on both the GPU and CPU.

However after we turned it on after putting everything back, I wanted to test if the re-paste worked so I used HWiNFO, which has both CPU and GPU at rest around 40-50 degrees, yet the stress test immediately shot CPU temp to 85 degrees which started throttling, while the GPU climbed slowly to around 73 degrees then plateaued, sort of expected behavior.

We opened the laptop again and tried to tighten screws and press down on the contact area. Again the same stress test result.

The ptm worked for the GPU so it should be working. Could it be too thin for the CPU? Should I try old fashion thermal paste for just the CPU? On a related note, there are some thermal pads around the area, could those create the height difference?

No pictures because this laptop is extremely not self-fix friendly and we are too tired to re-open it just to take pictures right now.
