What is the purpose of the blue strands?

I understand that the black strands are to let me know there's spooky stuff there, but what are the blue ones for?

Never knew you could see multiple groups of porters near each other

6 porters (including Sam) in one frame!

One of the greatest villains ever created.

He was having fun all along (okay, except maybe on the Beach). >!Nuking innocent people, attempting to end humanity twice over (himself included)!<... We hate him for his actions, and yet love him as a baddie.

He persisted till the very end and succeeded in making Sam and Fragile suffer, taking (almost) everything from them.

Ladders feel less useful in ds2

Like, in ds1, I wouldn't go anywhere without a ladder. Now I'm debating not carrying one at all most of the time. Climbing anchors, sure. But not ladder problems can be solved with patience and picking a different route. Especially horizontal movement ladders. Vertical ladders still get a good bit of use. Anyone else notice that?

How can I abandon truck use?

I love ds2, but for me using a truck feels like the meta: lots of cargo, faster than walking, can drive past dangers. Using a truck is also very boring, how can I stop myself from using trucks?

Local porters are great

Love seeing the local porters waving to Sam all excited, or seeing them all huddled together in a timefall shelter I built. Really adds to the immersion. Their gestures are just so adorable too, when they aggressively thumbs-up Sam, or sometimes I catch them slumped down on the ground looking exhausted 😂

Also just discovered you can trade cargo with them. Neat!

Tips against the rain?

Hi, im in chapter 3 in DS1 so im new to the game. Do u have any tips against the rain? I know I can build that “umbrella” to protect me against the rain, but even if I wait for a lot of time it doesn’t stop raining. A lot of time I have to repair the boxes with the spray, but isn’t there anything to help this a bit? If it’s a spoiler dont tell me pls. Thx

When it doesn’t work, it just doesn’t work.

I’m not sure if this counts as a spoiler since it was already a feature in DS1, but just in case some players are discovering the series with DS2, I’ve hidden the images. Just know that it has nothing to do with the story.

That feeling of absolute freedom

This is why I love Death Stranding. Setting up the zipline network across the mountains.

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13-KJP, a thing of beauty! As a Kojima fan this was a must for me. Playing Death Stranding 2 on the go is great, recommend me something to play on this!
