I never thought I would say something like this, but I genuinely feel mentally destroyed by what happened to my account.

For years I built a business around Instagram. Not just for fun, actual income, partnerships, clients, opportunities, and my future. Then overnight the account got suspended under an “integrity” issue with almost no explanation.

The worst part is the uncertainty. The account was even restored at one point and then suspended again shortly after. Now it’s back under appeal and I feel completely trapped.

People always say “don’t depend on social media,” but when you spend years building something successfully, it becomes your career and your life whether you planned it that way or not.

I honestly can’t believe a platform can erase years of work this easily while giving almost no human support or transparency.

Has anyone here actually recovered from repeated integrity/account suspensions like this?

My Instagram account is currently suspended, and the only way to appeal seems to be through selfie verification — but I can’t even complete that step.

Every time I submit the selfie, it goes to “uploading information” and then fails with an error telling me to try again later.

What I’ve tried so far:

- Multiple devices (different phones)

- WiFi and mobile data

- Reinstalling the app / clearing data

- Waiting and retrying

Same result every time.

So right now I’m completely stuck — I can’t access the account, and I can’t even submit the verification needed to appeal the suspension.

This is a large account tied to a business, so it’s a pretty critical situation.

Has anyone dealt with this exact combination (suspension + broken selfie verification) and found a way around it?

At this point, I’m stuck in a loop and can’t access the account at all. There’s no alternative verification option showing up either.
