Meta accounts permanently disabled after trying to appeal

I'm beyond devastated and just borderline depressed at this point. All my academic notes (although nothing too important but will still absolutely set me back a huge amount). Conversations in there and memories very deep and important to me all lost and there's nothing I can do to even at least retrieve my messages. I've read what people have done to get their accounts back to crazy lengths and all with varying degrees of success, I don't even want to, I have no hopes it'll work. What can I even do?

Im traumatized and fully mentally tortured 🥹💔

am writing to respectfully ask for your support or guidance regarding a serious issue that has deeply affected my livelihood.

Over the past several years, I built my entire business through Instagram, managing 7 pages with a combined audience of over 3 million followers. This was not just a hobby — it was my full-time work and my only source of income, through which I supported my family, paid off debts, and contributed to the medical expenses of my sick brother.

Unfortunately, all of my accounts were suddenly and permanently disabled by Instagram under “integrity violations,” without clear explanation or a fair opportunity to defend myself. I strongly believe this action was taken in error, as I have always worked diligently to respect the platform’s guidelines.

In a single moment, years of hard work, consistency, and dedication were taken away. This has left me in a devastating situation, both financially and emotionally 😔💔. I am now struggling to provide for my family and cover essential expenses.

Additionally, my main account, which had over 139,000 followers and served as a key business page, appears to have been compromised. On February 24, 2026, I received a security alert from Instagram indicating that someone attempted to log into my account from an unfamiliar device. Shortly after, I discovered that the account had already been permanently disabled under “fraud and deception” — a violation I did not commit 😢.

I firmly believe that this unauthorized access may have led to actions that triggered the suspension, and I was never given the opportunity to verify my identity or secure my account before it was disabled.

Help

I am trying to deactivate my Facebook account, but when I enter my password, it says the password is incorrect. However, I can log in on another device using the same password with two-factor authentication.

When I try to change my password, Facebook sends a verification code to my Yahoo email account, which I no longer have access to because it has been deleted. I also have a Gmail account linked, but Facebook does not send any code to that email.

If I try to remove the Yahoo email from my account, it still sends a verification code to the same Yahoo account, which I cannot access.

Facebook account suspended

So my Facebook account was suspended yesterday due to ‘account integrity’. I honestly have no idea why I got suspended as I seldom use Facebook. I just use it to keep in touch with family and friends.

I managed to send an appeal where I was required to do a video selfie and submit an identification (driver’s license).

I just wan to know if someone else has had the same issue and if I would ever get my Facebook back? Also, how long does it take to get a decision on the appeal?

Created FB for house hunting, got banned permanently

The title says it all.

I'm going through a huge life change right now and using FB Marketplace for house hunting. But all of a sudden, my account got permanently disabled without any chance for appealing. All my contacts, listings I had saved, all gone. There's no other way I can search for a house now.

What exactly can I do to get back my account?
