I am in Islamabad for a business trip and have been away from my family for over a week. As a married man, it is difficult to control myself from mast***ting.

I am a religious man and do not want to engage in or expose myself to any inappropriate actions. However, the urge is very strong. I am trying to distract myself by staying busy and going out, but the intensity keeps increasing.

I still have to spend five more days here, and the thought of resisting these urges is already worrying me.

This is a confession, and I need advice on how to cope.

I am here for a business visit

- What to eat nearby the sector

- Where to visit(been to Margala trek, shahdrah, monument, lok virsa, faisal masjid)

Experiences:

Was walking on the road after dinner and found a guy adjusting his drawstring just after I crossed him.

Also I visited Cova named place having good food and sheesha, but vibe was not settling, as there were some strange stares on me. Well, I might look dangerous or unfamiliar.
