Hi, I've been diagnosed with bilateral varicocele (Grade IV) by a radiologist in Shifa Intl. and Dr. Muhammad Asim Khan has recommended me for a microsurgical varicocelectomy. He said it'll be a daycare procedure of one hour and I'll be able to go home in a few hours. But I don't think it's that simple as I've read some complications like hydrocele development after surgery which is very dangerous. If anyone of you went through this procedure then can you please guide me if this is safe or I can avoid this surgery by pain management. My wife is expecting and we're soon going to be parents InShaAllah so my fertility is not affected yet. The only symptom is very low testosterone (180) and low libido as well, which Dr Asim has ensured me will come back to normal after the surgery.
Any advice will be really appreciated.

Need to relax for a bit

Hi all, I am looking for a gym near my house. I am 30 years old, married, father and software developer. I have gained a lot of weight that my BMI shows me as obese. This is attributed to late night binging and lack or no exercise.

I have tried to lose weight by controlling eating and exercise. The eating part is okay thanks to my wife’s help and parent’s nagging 😅 but I can’t seem to get into the habit of exercise.

I want to start going to a gym so I can create a routine for exercise. I have no experience with gyms. I am not looking to gain muscles or bulk up. All I want to do is lose weight and get back to a flat stomach that doesn’t show through my shirt 😬 no abs required.

Anyway please suggest a gym with a trainer in F-10. I have a car so I can commute a bit far as well but nearer will be better. Place and price will be appreciated. Thank you
