Just watching the final today , and it got me to thinking what my old dad used to say.

He would always question why breaking off often resulted in such a mixed bag of outcomes.

His theory was , that playing to such an extremely high level for many many years , why couldn’t they do a near perfect break every time. eg white in exactly the same place, played to the chosen red and the same power hit.

I get the the cushions might play a part once the ball comes into contact , but he always wondered why can’t the delivery be the same each time

Just finished this , (3 weeks) thought it would be enjoyable, but couldn’t get into a rhythm, once primary colours done , sorting became near impossible , nearly gave up , glad I didn’t of course , but devilishly hard.

Onwards to the next one

My wife treated herself to this Aquaracer when in Vegas on vacation in 2007 (we’re originally from UK , but now live in Spain)

WAF141H.BA0813 - FM4511

She wore it daily until I bought her an Omega for her 50th in 2017

She paid $2285.11

Still have original box , paperwork and bill of sale

Could I ask for opinion /thought please

Would you consider this smaller ladies watch unfashionable, or is there still a niche market for the smaller watch

Was thinking of selling it , but not sure about current value

Thanks in advance

I was born in the early sixties , parents born in 1933 , what are things they said that you mistook for some things else

My dad would say , Gonna see a man about a dog , i was always so disappointed

Popping out for some errands , I always thought mum would come home to something similar to Cherries
