Just a concept design and backstory! Feedback is appreciated :)

Hello again! This is Haruna Okuda, the ultimate actress. She was born into a wealthy family with controlling parents. Haruna started out playing minor roles in informational videos and advertisements as a child but over time, she rose to stardom and became a household name in the acting world. Haruna appeared in many stage productions along with TV series and movies. However, her parents always loomed behind her and controlled almost her whole life. Whether it was appearance or performance, they can’t be satisfied. Haruna is often abused by them if she doesn’t get something right. For her, the safest place is on stage because her parents can’t hurt her while performing. Haruna’s parents put her on a strict diet to keep her figure, leading her to develop self-image issues. In the game, she uses her acting prowess to fake her emotions and position along with dancing around with people during trials to deceive them. She does it to show she can do something on her own and to make the game harder and more like a drama to her.

A concept design for my fangan’s protagonist. Any thought, ideas, or suggestions?

Saki Yoshinaga is a parkour athlete! She was originally gonna be the lucky student but I wanted to stray away from the trope just a bit. Though, her name still retains the meaning of her previous ultimate.

I tried to make her outfit a little more practical for parkour. I might get rid of the string this on her arm, tbh. I made sure she didn’t wear anything that would interfere with movement. I’m still working on the final design soon so there might be a few changes later on. I would happy to take suggestions!

Personality-wise she’s headstrong but she’s resourceful and a nice girl. Saki does parkour because she lived in a big city but her parents emotionally neglected her. She often ran away from home and found crafty ways to support herself and to get by quicker. Saki began traversing the city with just her body which over time made her really enjoy parkour. People from around her city now know of her and look forward to seeing her excellent movement and agility.

What are your thoughts and what could I change? :)

For my fangan side quest, it takes place in an alternate universe, not really following Danganronpa’s canon. I’ve decided to create a mascot that fulfills Monokuma’s role. But then I wanted a unique design. I made a few concepts but I’m having a hard time picking which one I want to use. Which of these designs interests you the most and why? Feedback is appreciated.

I took inspiration from that one Monokuma concept design for some of these.

If you know, Impri’s body is made out of paper. Specifically a cardstock-like paper. It’s designed to not be too flimsy or ripped very easily (though, you could still rip him into shreds with enough force which is easy). Impri’s body feels very light which makes him very agile. However, he may fly away if it’s very windy. He doesn’t wear normal clothes because they feel heavy so he has specialized paper clothes (similar to a paper doll) made of the same material he’s made out of. There is a front and back for each item and little tabs to secure it on him. It takes him a bit to get dressed on his own so Maru helps him get ready.

Fluids/liquids like tears or sweat are interesting. If he cries, thin strips of blue paper come out from very small slits near where his tear ducts should be. If he produces sweat, small drop shaped shite paper falls down as if he were actually sweating. When in contact with water, it’s very uncomfortable and an awful experience for him. If Impri falls into a puddle, he feels a drowning-like sensation. How does he take a bath? He doesn’t! Instead of bathing, he cleans himself using either an eraser, sandpaper, or soot sponge to get rid of dirt. As long as it doesn’t involve water, he’s fine.

His organs are also flat paper inside of him! His tongue is forked and his anatomy works normally in its own way. Being a paper sinner demon sure is hard but at least his organs and other things function normal.

If you need a visualizer for how Impri moves, think of the PaRappa the Rapper video games. Watch a video of gameplay and you’ll know what I mean.

Here’s Otto’s human form! He’s in his 20s in this drawing. He died when he was 83 from old age (liver failure). Otto came from nobility so he was able to live very long during the renaissance. Over time, he grew very frail and had a cognitive decline to the point where he became delusional and confused.

Otto also married and had 10 kids! (He wasn’t the best father or husband)
