Hello! I'm working on a design which is a younger version of a character, the idea was to make him the typical teenage dirtbag boy, oriented around 1987 in specific. However I'm struggling to pinpoint the exact fashion of that time period... in this test sketch I made he gives more early 2000's vibes than anything. I'm a 2006 baby so I have never lived through the 80's, so if anybody more familiar with it could help me with resources or trends around that time It would help me tons!!

They are all members of a heavy metal band called amplified zombies

The bat is the main vocalist and guitarist of the band, she is very intense and energetic and is prone to having anger issues (I would prefer a more neutral name for her since she is gender fluid)

The bird is the bassist of the group, she is the most normal and calm one, but still has an eerie aura. She has some yandere and pyromaniac tendencies (her name cannot be Ember, I already have another oc with that name 😓)

The octopus is the drummer and songwriter, she is very reserved and eerie always rambling to herself, but deep down she is kind and sweet

This is Myop Black. Now, she may look like a mix of Black Widow and Mega Man at first glance, but she’s really more like Raven if she had Aquaman’s job. A dark sea heroine with a gothic edge, she’s tied to stranger and larger oceanic force, and feels less like a clean superhero icon and more like a beautiful, unsettling legend in that world. She’s also one of the most famous members of the world’s top superhero team.

She's strange, moody, and kinda of an enigma. A complete contrasts to Jill (the girl in yellow) shown in the second image) who was once her sidekick before eventually going solo. Similar to what happened between Nightwing and Batman.

designing clothing for my oc Kudan! I'm very happy with his base clothing (last slide) but am unsure about the armor + cloth combo

he's supposed to be very fast and mobile, so i didnt want to add much armor to him

at this poist in considering just leaving his design as is, but ive decided to come here to see if theres other alternatives to better his design and overall outfit!

With the last two ending up as a big success, I decided to give ALL my most memorable middle school OCs a makeover!

So I guess this a part two to my last post.

These two were a little harder, but definetly still a lot of fun ^^

And before you ask...YES: these two were Bendy and the Ink Machine OCs.

Here’s an adoptable design I just finished the other day! What do we think? I took inspiration from vintage unicorns for the tail, but I wanted a more brunette pallete! I kinda felt like she was giving strict but cutesy, in a princess bubblegum kinda way

As they travel with the wind-borne pollen swells, the keepers of the Cloud Hive caravan rely on their carefully maintained balloons and dirigibles to deliver them and their precious colonies to distant and rare plants - those that provide the most sought-after and valuable honeys. Deploying in each new location for weeks while their bees make the most of new surroundings, they often find themselves having to use their powered dirigibles to tow the rest of the fleet against the currents to return to where they will get the best price for their wares.

I would love some options on what he should be named! He’s a meek prince of the Drow kingdom, often kept inside and pretty obedient- I think his defining feature is probably the fact that he was created as a replacement for a Goddess’ dead brother :^ , so maybe a deity like name? Thank you!!!
