So I’m considering a rhinoplasty and a doctor gave me some digital before afters. Do these really mean anything or is this just like me go to ChatGPT and ask it to create a picture of me with a certain type of nose? Just wondering, how much can I rely on my outcome to be similar toward the doctor is showing us an after pick?
Has anyone intentionally gone from leaning bottom to top? If so , what did you do? I’m realizing I just will always mostly get attention from bottoms and want to embrace it. Is it just a matter of doing it more? I will say I can top well but do tend to lose my hard on after maybe 10-15min, I tend to bored (def have add if relevant) , and just wana jerk myself to completion currently
