Solo dev here — built a map-based airline idle game, need brutal feedback

Game Title: Minimal Airline Manager

Playable Link: https://solitary-dawn-7029.lopezpellicerjorge.workers.dev/

Platform: Web (desktop/mobile browser)

Description: Work in progress, mainly looking for feedback and improvements.
Minimal Airline Manager is a lightweight airline management / idle game built around a real-world map. The core idea is to remove the usual complexity from tycoon games and focus on quick, meaningful decisions that you can make in short sessions (1–5 minutes).

You start with some money and a few planes, then open routes between major global airports. Each route generates passive income over time (including offline), and you can improve profitability by upgrading planes, adding onboard services, and reacting to “hot routes” that temporarily boost earnings.

The whole game happens on a single map screen, where your network grows visually as you expand. Airport demand changes over time, so there’s a light strategic layer without becoming overwhelming.

I’m mainly testing whether the game feels satisfying early on, if the decisions are clear, and if the progression loop is engaging enough to come back to.

Free to Play Status: Free to play

Involvement: Solo developer — I designed and built the game from scratch (game design, frontend, backend, everything). Currently in early testing phase and looking for honest feedback before expanding the scope.

solo dev here - Building a minimal airline management game and looking for feedback (2–5 min sessions)

Hey everyone 👋

I’ve been working on a small game called Minimal Airline Manager, and I’m looking for early feedback before going further.

✈️ The idea

A super simple airline management game where you:

  • Open routes between real-world airports
  • Earn passive income (even offline)
  • Upgrade planes, routes, and services
  • React to “hot routes” that boost profits

Everything happens on a world map, and the goal is to make decisions in short sessions (1–5 minutes).

🎯 What makes it different

  • No complexity overload (no spreadsheets, no micromanagement)
  • One main screen (map-first design)
  • Fully idle-friendly (offline progression)
  • Monetization is ads only (no premium currency)

🧪 I need feedback on:

  • Is it actually fun after a few minutes?
  • Are decisions clear or confusing?
  • Does the map feel satisfying to grow?
  • What feels boring or unnecessary?

🔗 Play here:

💬 Be honest

I’m especially interested in negative feedback — what would make you quit?

Thanks a lot 🙏

Hi!

I will start playing as a tribe, most likely an Iberic tribe, I don't know yet. However, I find it difficult to expand quick enough so I can defend from Rome or even fight them properly.

Which are your recommendations playing this way?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Do you think Imperator: Rome could have been great if it kept getting updates, or was it fundamentally flawed?

I still find myself checking for news or updates from time to time, even though I know it’s unlikely at this point. The game had a rough launch, but after the last updates it actually started to feel solid.

Do you think it could have turned into something great with continued support?

I’ve been digging into new token launches and wallet activity on EVM lately, and honestly most tools either have too much noise or don’t help much with early signals.

I’m a dev and I’ve been building a few small tools around this:

  • Wallet tracking - As simple as login, set the wallets you want to track and the tlgram where you want to be notified. No dashboard, no complex data, no noise but only that feature.
  • New token detection (focusing on first minutes after deployment) - Same as previous, but with new deployed tokens
  • Early adopters - Again, something simple: Login, put the coin you want to analyze and it will return the first 100-200 wallets that bought it. You are free to analyze the token you want in any moment. This I try to use it looking for smart money wallets and then tracking them with the first tool.
  • A simple backtesting tool (simulate strategies on any token) - Again, easy: Login, set the token you want to do backtesting (it works with any token, even if it has been launch right now), and you can specify backtesting strategies and see the full list of swaps, ROI, win rate and so other interesting data, including PnL, graphs and interesting thins.
  • A tool that tracks how many unique wallets vs returning wallets are swapping a specific token over configurable time intervals (e.g. last 5 intervals of 10 minutes).I use it to spot patterns in participation — especially to see how new vs existing wallets behave right before potential price movements.

The main idea is to reduce noise and make it easier to spot early opportunities without jumping between 5 different platforms.

Right now it’s all pretty raw, but I can already see interesting patterns (especially around early wallets and liquidity timing).

I’m trying to understand if this is actually useful or if I’m just overengineering things.

A few questions:

  • Do you actually track wallets when trading new tokens?
  • What do you care more about: early wallets, liquidity, or volume?
  • What’s missing in tools like DexScreener or others you use?
  • Would you use a simple backtesting tool for tokens?

Not selling anything, just building and looking for honest feedback before going deeper into this.

Appreciate any thoughts.

Hey everyone,

One thing I’ve been struggling with in crypto is tracking wallets that consistently get into new tokens early.

Sometimes you find a wallet that seems to make solid moves (even in a space full of rugs), but actually monitoring it in real-time is painful. By the time you notice, it’s already too late.

So I started building a simple tool:

  1. Connect your wallet (no cost)
  2. Add wallets you want to track
  3. Get instant Telegram alerts when they buy, sell or transfer tokens

The goal is to make it easier to spot patterns, react faster, and do your own analysis based on real on-chain activity.

Before I open it publicly, I wanted to ask:

  • 👉 Would you actually use something like this?
  • 👉 Any features you’d want to see?

Appreciate any feedback 🙏

Hey everyone,

Over the past months I’ve been spending a lot of time exploring on-chain activity, especially around newly launched tokens.

One recurring problem I keep running into is how difficult it is to track wallets that consistently get in early. Every now and then you come across a wallet that seems to make solid moves, even in a space where many tokens don’t last long. The issue is that actually monitoring these wallets in real time is surprisingly hard — by the time you manually check what they did, the opportunity is usually gone.

Because of that, I started building a simple tool focused on this exact problem:

  1. Connect your wallet (no cost)
  2. Add a list of wallets you want to track
  3. Receive instant Telegram alerts when they buy, sell, or transfer tokens

The idea is not to blindly copy trades, but to have faster access to on-chain signals so you can do your own analysis and react quicker if something looks interesting.

Right now it’s still in progress, but I’d really like to understand if this is something people would actually use before opening it more broadly.

So I’m curious:

  • 👉 Would a tool like this be useful to you?
  • 👉 What features would make it genuinely valuable?

Any feedback, ideas, or criticism is more than welcome. Thanks!

Hey everyone,

I've been building a side project for the past few weeks and wanted to share it here to get some honest feedback from people who actually trade.

What it does: It lets you follow any Ethereum wallet and get notified the moment it buys, sells, or transfers tokens — directly in a Telegram channel of your choice. Think of it as a personal on-chain alert system for wallets you want to shadow.

Why I built it: I was tired of manually checking wallets I wanted to follow, or relying on expensive tools with bloated dashboards. I just wanted a clean alert in my Telegram, instantly, when a wallet I care about moves.

How it works:

  1. Sign in with your MetaMask wallet (no email, no password). You can do it with a wallet without funds, the wallet is only for the signature and account.
  2. Add the wallets you want to track
  3. Connect a Telegram channel
  4. Get real-time (1 min late max) alerts whenever those wallets swap or transfer tokens

There's a free tier — You can track 1 wallet and see all its transactions directly in the dashboard.

I'm working on tiers and paid plans, but nothing clear yet on my side.

I'm at an early stage and genuinely want to know:

  • Is this something you'd actually use?
  • What's missing for you to trust a tool like this?
  • Any features that would make this a daily driver?

Drop your thoughts in the comments or send me a DM. All feedback is welcome, including the brutal kind.

Special offer for early testers: New accounts don't have telegram feature in their tier, but let me know your wallet address and I'll upgrade your account to the Basic plan for free so you can test the full Telegram integration with your own channel — no strings attached, just looking for real feedback.

DM if you interested on testing the app.

Thanks
