Hairstyles for mom with cancer?

Im sorry I dont have/cant post any photos of my moms hair currently to better help yall nor would she want me posting her without consent, but she is a black woman in her 40s and during her treatment she cut all her hair because it was falling out and now it grows back slower and thinner. She has tried curling creme (doesn't last) wigs (she hates wigs) braids (too much tension in her hair) and other hairstyles that she has tried (which becomes pricey for her overtime) Ive recommended hairstyles, products etc. And she trys them when she wants, which is fine, but i can tell mentally she doesn't feel pretty because she can only do so much with her hair and she'll make comments about looking "ugly" or "a mess" and it makes me sad. Dose anyone have any ideas, comments, advice, or just some encouraging words for her?

Can required fees be included in auto loan in Arizona?

Im new to auto loans so bear with me. The total price for a vehicle I'm looking at is 12k and the "required fees" such as license fee and AZ sales tax is about 2k, totaling (15k as an estimate) will my auto loan from the credit union (desert finance) cover my required fees if the loan is 15K? Or will this be a out of pocket expense outside of my loan?
