Hi guys, we have a family business under a sole prop which is my mother.
Ako lahat nagma-manage including finances. I also have SPA / Affidavit that I have full control over the business.
We have a bank business account. The business is non-vat and don't require AFS.
Ngayon, can I ask, may negative effects ba kung gagamitin ko yung business account for paying credit card bills na not related sa business?
Meron pa kasi kami other pinagkakakitaan, altho dito wala pa kaming registered name. Puro cards ko gamit namin dito kasi para mas madali i-monitor ang finances.
Pwede ko naman pa-pirmahin si mama ng cheque every time para ipalipat sa account ko, tas sa account ko bayaran yung bills, kaso parang hassle pa kasi. Bawal ba yun? nafa-flag ba kapag ginagamit mo for other matters yung business account mo?
