Ordered a mouse, dumating yung box including cable and manual pero wala yung mouse mismo. I reached out to Akko and they only asked me for the official receipt (important detail), and told me to file a refund directly to lazada.

FF 3 days, biglang nag dispute si Akko with their “packing evidence” Pic 1, 3 & 4 shows their “packaging” Pic 2 & 5 shows what I received.

•Very obvious difference in positioning ng fragile tape.

•large clear plastic sa outer packaging nila (yung dinikitan ng waybill)

•diff positioning din ng dikit ng waybill

•sealed w/ plastic yung “pinack” nila na mouse — i received it w no plastic and may damages na rin yung box

•importantly, diretso pack & seal sila sa vid, they forgot na there’s supposedly official receipt taped to the box.

•naipakita ko sa unboxing yung attached receipt sa loob. sa kanila, walang receipt or anything na dinikit

This is a lazmall and official shop btw. Beware nalang huhu mukhang they’re avoiding refunding customers 🙄

Ang dami ko kasing nakikitang posts about items getting stolen, replaced or parang tampered na yung parcel. So when I ordered AirPods, alam ko na risky siya pero tinuloy ko pa rin.

Pagdating ng parcel, kabado talaga ako buksan. Like mentally prepared na ako na baka bato yung laman. I also took an unboxing video just in case.

But surprisingly… legit naman siya. Complete, sealed, and working!

Pero hindi rin naman perfect experience ko with Shopee. I’ve actually experienced 3 times na mali yung item na pinadala ng seller even though nakaorder na ako sa kanila before and okay naman dati. Napansin ko lang, parang nangyayari siya pag malaki yung voucher/discount.

So ngayon, parang halo na. Parang sugal na talaga bawat order.

Bokya since day 1, pero nakabawi rin ngayong last day. Thanks, Shopee!

Hello, gusto ko lang ishare yung naging experience ko sa isang order ko sa shopee. Umorder kami ng 2 helmets galing indonesia. Kinailangang iplace sila ng 2 separate orders kasi di inaallow ni shopee na 2 helmets in 1 order. Yung unang helmet naunang dumating nung April 5 kaso itong isa natagalan dahil minalas siguro sa nakuhang rider. Lumabas na out for delivery na sya nung April 9 kaso hindi dumating maghapon at wala ding response yung assigned rider sa chat via shopee app and inactive yung number nya na nasa system ng shopee. Nakailang follow up kami sa customer service kaso walang kwenta. Hanggang sa nag gabi nalang at di na talaga dumating yung item so nagreport rider kami sa app.

Hanggang sa kinabukasasan nagshow na out for delivery nanaman at kamalas malasan same rider ang nakuha. Same pa rin na walang update maghapon, unreachable yung number and walang kwentang customer service.

Ang ginawa namin since kailangan na yung item, pinuntahan namin sa hub at buti nalang inentertain kami dun. Dun nakita na andun lang pala yung item all this time kahit naka show na out for delivery na sya sa app. Eventually nirelease naman nila yung item samin since paid naman na siya.

Currently building po kami ng own house and planning to buy lights sa shopee. Meron po ba dito nakapag try na ng ilaw sa shopee and okay po ba siya in the long run?

We tried checking Wilcon and ilaw atbp pero mejo pricey po. Although it comes with 1-3yrs warranty which is I think is good. Kaso mejo tight budget namin for now since sa Shopee merong 500-800 lang. Pero again, checking po ako sa iba dito na baka nakapag try and give review naman po. Thank you!!!!!
