Hey everyone! I'm a dropper currently researching the IITM BS online degree as a potential alongside option while I wait for JoSAA/JAC counselling results.

Would love to hear from anyone who's currently enrolled in the program, how's the actual workload, are the in-person exams manageable, and is it genuinely doable alongside a regular college degree?

If you're a current student, please DM me! Would really appreciate some honest insights before I commit. 🙏

(Also open to anyone who dropped out or exited at diploma level, your experience matters too)

TIFU by eating bicuits containing RED ANTS !!!

TIFU by eating an entire ant colony for a snack

Okay not an entire colony but close enough. I was just sitting there, having a perfectly normal day, when I decided to eat a biscuit. A simple, innocent biscuit. What could go wrong, right?

I was halfway through it HALFWAY when I noticed something weird. I looked down and there were red ants in it. Not on it. IN it. Baked into my snack like some kind of cursed protein supplement nobody asked for.

The worst part? I had already eaten most of it. They were just... gone. Into my body. I had been sitting there happily munching away thinking life was good while consuming multiple live (previously live?) red ants.

I panicked and googled it obviously. Apparently ants are edible and the formic acid in them is too small an amount to do anything and humans eat insects in other cultures blah blah blah. Cool. Great. That is genuinely not the point. The point is I did not consent to eating ants today and yet here we are.

I finished the water bottle I had nearby in approximately four seconds. I have not had another biscuit since. I am fine. I am normal. I am not thinking about it.

TL;DR: Ate a biscuit, discovered mid-way through that it was full of red ants, googled it, apparently fine physically but mentally I am not the same person I was this morning.

Hi, 19F here. I've been wanting to try fingering myself for a while now but every time I try I genuinely cannot get even a fingertip in ,it feels like my opening is extremely small. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? Any tips on how to start or work up to it would be really helpful. Not sure if it's a physical thing or if I'm just too tense.

So I'm a JEE dropper considering joining IGDTW (as that's what I'm getting under my rank of jm), across the internet I've seen the placements are elite and incomparable with other mid-tier colleges, but on the other hand, some people (not the majority but yeah) are saying the placement stats are inflated. As much as videos I've seen the campus life is mehh only (is it guys?), so the main motivation to go there is literally only the placements lol.

I wanna know how the ece/ece-ai/it branches are and what's the difference between these and how is the faculty and coding environment and the overall atmosphere

I'm a girl from Delhi trying to decide between these two options through JAC Delhi counselling and would love some real opinions.

On paper, IGDTUW ECE-AI/IT seems like the obvious choice — way better placements (~20+ LPA average vs ~7 LPA for DTU Mech), top recruiters like Microsoft, Google, Adobe, and the AI specialization seems future-proof. But DTU has a stronger brand name overall and the mech department has some genuinely cool teams like Defianz Racing.

The concern I have with DTU Mech Automotive specifically is that the core automotive sector in India is going through a lot of disruption with EVs, and I'm not sure the job market is great for fresh mech grads right now.

Has anyone studied at either of these or knows people who have? Would love to hear:

- How are actual day-to-day placements (not just the highlights)?

- Is IGDTUW's smaller campus a dealbreaker or is it fine?

- Does DTU's brand name make up for Mech's weaker placement stats?

Any insights appreciated!
