Unexpected store exception with flashing underscore on black screen?

so i was js playing and i randomly got hit with the OSOD with that message and i searched and it might be because of a faulty ssd or storage device but when i went to BIOS setup of my Lenovo Thinkpad it showed everything intact like my hdd that i didnt use but whats important is my main SSD was there, so i prioritized it in the boot priority thingy but when my pc boots up it just shows a black screen with a flashing underscore right on top of the left screen. Does that mean windows is corrupted? is my ssd actually okay? do i just need to fix windows by downloading a windows fix thing on my usb i forgot the name, and are my files still probably alright? i have important things there and i cant lose em. Please help and tysm in advance!😔
