If you like cottage cheese you will probably like this. She wanted a spaghetti bake and I am always concerned about having enough protein. This makes 8 equal portions but I usually ate 2 potions. (Picture is a little low I didn’t make em all equal 🤦🏻♂️)
Bag of penne, 1lb ground beef, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 yellow onion, 2 medium zucchini, 1 jar marinara sauce. 1 cup mozzarella cheese and about a 1/2 cup graded Parmesan. Seasoned generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and topped with a lot of chili flakes.

Enhanced. Just got off cycle and definitely plateaued saw no improvements on last cycle. (Also minor pec tear didn’t help). Also, can’t seem to find a place with good lighting 🤦🏻♂️.
Although my back is full pump and front is low cal post cardio. Not a fair comparison. What should I focus on? (Enhanced)
I keep getting my posts taken down from another sub so I’m going to ask here. Do you think I need to work on my center back? My lower back looks a little gone as well after seeing my photos. (I am enhanced. Not natural)
Back is full pump. Front is post cardio on low calories. Need to work on my core, center back and lower back.
For the last 2 months I’ve been on 130mg test. Prior to that on cycle with crap results due to getting sick and diet. Hopefully Reddit or the mods don’t take this one down. They literally keep taking down my photos. I repeat, I am not natty and do not claim to be. I took the front photos about 15 minutes ago. Back was like a week ago.
Last post was taken down because I was not transparent about my gear usage. 130mg/week test cyp. Nightly CJC/Ipa. Have dabbled in other compounds in the past. Only on that right now.
I have been told my center back is small. After seeing this I also think my lower back needs work too.
