Looking for a good btech cse college in delhi ncr region or anywhere in North but not South at all (my parents won't agree for south)

REQUIREMENTS

1. No centre going exams for the college (only the ones whose exams one can give from home)
2. Decent avg placements (6-8 lpa+) Not the scam placements where there is an infinite waiting period or the offer letter never arrives (THE REAL ONES NOT THE SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETED ONES)
3. Good Crowd (safe for girls)
4. Good industry exposure
5. Good college life
6. Controlled intake (not like 7-10k+ intake of students ones)
7. Good companies approaching (not the mass recruiting ones)
8. Good environment for a student's hobbies like acting, sports, etc
