Less competitive nursing programs?

Im a grade 11 student from alberta and my goal is to be an RN so I'm not looking for any LPN program atm!! The reason why I ask is that my grades aren't competitive atm. So far I have an 82 in ela 20-1, a 76 in math 20-1, a 60 in math 30-2 (I plan on upgrading my mark in grade 12). I'm doing bio and chem 20 over the summer but I'm worried for my average. I've been thinking about schools to apply to next year. I'm able to move wherever as long as I have an offer. I was thinking of UofC since they have the lottery in place). Some other picks are Macewan, UofL and USask. Any other programs I could look into?

Bow Valley LPN

My guidance counselor keeps telling me to go for the LPN route even though I said I want to go to uni and get my rn right away. She said I can just work for a bit while saving up to get into some bridging program to be an RN but my mum is firmly against it. She's even fine if I move to another province if that means I can be a RN earlier than being an LPN and she said it's going to take even longer that way.

I'm an 11th grader, really unsure about what I want to do. I'm interested in communications since I've done like marketing and media work and I think it's neat. I wanted to ask about the program. How is it? What are the possible opportunities within the program?

So there's this new girl in my english class who I started to have a little crush on. She's queer for sure (she told me and also that she's attracted to women, but she's been like going back and forth between either being omni or aroace so idk). But I've been kinda plotting to test the waters, so far I messaged her on Insta and said "Hey, do you want to go on a study date with me" and she was like "where" and after I explained she was like "When do you want to have our study date" so we have confirmed plans for next Friday. She even was like "we can even go to walmart and get food too". So that's cool, then the next day in english she was patting on my shoulder which she never did before (but I was just like "oh it's probably nothing!!). But we've been like getting closer I'd say, like I'm the person who she talks to the most. (Outside of school we talk a bunch, one night we were chatting for 2 hours). I've also been like walking her to her other class and walking from school. We both initiate convos so it's not one sided or anything. But I don't want to be doing too much immediately but I think things are going great!?
