I just received third FTA1. PD is current and under EB1. Multiple Emma said my case was transferred from local FO back to nbc a few months ago. Anyone has any insights on this ? My anxiety has peaked thanks

I used myuscis to file a change of address request for my 485 a few days ago. The submission quickly showed “address changed” in 2 days but on my profile. The address for 485 is still the old one( Emma also confirmed this ). Does it just take some time to reflect the change or I need to file the request again ? Thanks

I have been trying to port out my prepaid account to spectrum for the past week. Despite spending hours and hours with both AT&T and spectrum customer service and running to both stores in person, they provided me no solutions but kept saying I need to reach out to the other party to resolve this. Basically, AT&T insisted I didn’t need a transfer pin to port out and they had already released my number there’s nothing else they could do. Spectrum said they usually use 0000 as the transfer pin for AT&T prepaid account but somehow it didn’t work for mine. AT&T security pin didn’t work as well. They can’t do anything unless they have a valid transfer pin. My gut tells me it’s AT&T’s fault and they should have ways to resolve this. For example, there’s gotta be a way to retrieve my transfer pin from the database ?Any advice is really appreciated!

Edit: it’s finally resolved after spectrum customer service made a call to ATT. They solved it almost immediately by deleting my passcode for my account. F* all the support I talked to before who had been so dismissive and insisting the problem is on spectrum’s side
