So how do you go against Mel as an ADC? She's so frustrating to play against

I am an ADC Main, Jhin to be exact. In my recent game, I encountered a Mel botlane with a Tank Support.

But the thing about Mel's WR stats is that she has pre-rework kit and honestly she feels god awful to play against. Imagine this, you are at around 40% health and Mel is about to die. I snipe her with my R but she managed to reflect my R and pressed Ult in which I died. Okay, I admit that's a mistake on my part. During teamfights, I know she will deflect my team's Ornn ult but instead of deflecting it she reflected my 4th Shot and I had 30% HP left, do note me and Mel have 3 items. And then I died from her teammates

Her skills feels undodgeable, sure WR has a bigger map but I feel like her Q has a large hitbox and I can barely dodge it? It feels really fast. She's just awful to play against and when I played norms against her when I was practicing Samira, the reflected damage to ALL her allies and herself reflected back at me. Not to mention I would get Maddie'd if I were to play Caitlyn against Mel Aviv. Her execute feels very OP and can ult you at any distance, she has a built in Collector in which I think is too overloaded for her.

I could've banned her, but I banned Tristana instead since I dont like playing against her. Maybe now I'll ban her instead of my usual ADC bans, not to mention she has both the highest banrates in PC League and WR. Devs really have to fix Mel.

It feels like games are not about who is better now

It's like we're coinflipping to see whether or not our teammates have a mental breakdown 5 minutes in because the support took one kill. Or coinflipping to see who gives up first or who is first timing a champion. It's so bad in diamond rn. It seems like everyone loses lane 5 seconds in purely depending on who has a brain.

Just played a game as gwen where I zoned nasus so far off ge was level 7 when i was around 10-11 and he still had just 23 stacks. But it didn't matter, not because my teammates played bad. But solely because my Ashe lost her mind because seraphine killed one person. Went to mid lane and ruined the midlaners game too. Thank god for galio Aegis that I didn't have to suffer that game affecting my climb

How do you stay passionate on your OTP champion?

After you reach Top 1 in the server, gain peerless title, how do you keep your passion alive to play your OTP champion for another 100 games?

Sett W is literally orgasm

I love pressing W to enemy squishy and unleashed a full 3.4K of true damage and they can't do nothing about it.

This is how you reach Master 2 and top 50 Darius. AMA from MU's, alt runes, playstyle

I honestly don't even feel like I'm outplaying my opponent most of the time fr. AD crit Darius is so cracked, it's so fun and addicting too lmao.

Anyone here playing Wild Rift on phone with a telescopic controller?

Hi everyone. I’d really appreciate some advice specifically about playing on a phone.

I’m trying to understand whether it’s actually comfortable to play Wild Rift with a telescopic gamepad on a smartphone. I’m interested in real experience from people who have actually tried it, not just theory.

Is there proper support for this kind of controller on mobile, or does everything only work through key mapping?

Which telescopic controllers have you used?

Is it actually comfortable in real matches, or does it feel more like a workaround?

I’d be especially interested in hearing from people who tried it on an iPhone or an Android phone.

I just want to understand one simple thing: is it worth buying a telescopic gamepad specifically for Wild Rift on a phone, or is it better not to waste money on it?

Thanks.

Use the wards in game

With negative winrate, trolls, etc. I am skeptical with the rank displayed reflecting their actual skill.

My current acid test is how is the player behaviour in putting wards.

If he never put wards, he is a bad player. Not even his positive KDA in the game could convince me he is a good player. Well, it is rare for team without ward win against team that put wards.

Rarely when I chat "please help ward" that got negative response will ending with winning the game. When the players already toxic when I request to put wards, they won't accept any input such as ping, item recommendation, etc.

How do you deal with tilt from bad matches?

Hey everyone,

I’m curious how you handle the stress and frustration from clearly unbalanced games — the kind where there’s a huge gap between your team and the enemy.

I’m especially interested in hearing from people who used to smoke and have quit, but still play ranked. Did quitting change how you deal with tilt or stress in-game?

I’ll be honest — I’ve had chat restrictions before because I get impatient when I see obvious mistakes and teammates ignore pings. It’s something I’m trying to work on, but in the moment it’s hard not to react.

How do you stay calm and focused in those situations?

Any practical tips or mindset shifts that actually work?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Average Fiora player

I do not understand the hatred towards LAN players, the case I see the most is against Brazil players for no reason. Can someone explain what we, LAN players, did to you guys?

What usually makes a Wild Rift game fall apart the fastest?

In your experience, what‘s the quickest way a ranked game in League of Legends: Wild Rift goes from winnable to basically lost? Is it early feeding, bad teamfights, losing objective, someone tilting, or something else? Imo, the main thing that causes it is early feeding. Once one or two players fall behind early, the game usually snowballs fast and becomes hard to recover. What do you think?

Mage Items

Is there like any reason why the discrepancy between the amount of mage items compared to like defensive / physical items are huge?

Whenever I watch people play League PC they seem to have other items that are viable with mid-laners / mages. It's been years since release and the amount of items for mid-laners only increased by like 2~3, which is absurd.

ADC lifeline item got secretly removed step by step

Lifeline: Damage that puts you under 35% health grants a shield

At first, we have ADC lifeline in Immortal Shieldbow. Then this passive "creatively" combined into Bloodthirster, making Bloodthirster super OP. Finally in the end, lifeline got removed in Bloodthirster and never back in any other item. Devs just forget this thing.

For mage, you have lifeline in Archangel's Staff. For bruiser, you have it in Sterak's Gage. For tank, you have it in Mantle of the Twelfth Hour. For ADC, ops, no, just stay squishy and go dead.

Is there boosted challenger??

Hi, I’m new and solo queue in Emerald.

There was a game where I played support, and our mid and jungle seemed to be duo. Later, I found out the jungle is Diamond 2 and mid is Silver 2, but they both have a Challenger badge from last season.

We were winning our lane (ADC was 3/1 early game). Our jungle was good, but our mid (ex-Challenger) fed 0/5, so we got ganked by their mid so hard that we ended up losing. Our mid trash talked us, saying ADC useless, SP useless, dog brain, etc.

Well… how could an ex-challenger end up in Silver 2, get into an Emerald lobby, feed, and trashtalk? Boosted or account selling? JP/KR server btw.
