Sent info and money in for factory letter from the Smith and Wesson Historical foundation. It’s been three months with no reply

Sent in the info and pictures of an old smith I have to the Smith and Wesson Historical foundation to get a factory letter. I paid and was told it would be 4-8 weeks. Well it’s been three months and I contacted them last month and haven’t got a reply. Does anyone know how I can get in contact with someone?

I sent in photos and information to Smith and Wesson historical Foundation for a factory letter, I have yet to receive anything.

Can you just replace ball joints or will it affect the rest of the suspension.

Looking at replacing ball joints, they are not loose but my Tacoma is old. I see no other major suspension issues. Is there anything else that I should get while here or just part by part when the time comes?

Jacked my 222k Tacoma up and the tires have very little to zero wobble in them. Watched a YouTube video on it and honestly don’t think they are bad at all. I see zero reason to replace them. Is there warning signs to look out for besides lifting the truck and checking for wobble?
