Any tall women have a short significant other ?

I'm 6 ft and the shortest guy I dated was 5'5 .

Short men under 5'9 some of them look good and have insane face cards . Don't underestimate short men the only men that were able to pick me up were all short . While tall men struggled a lot .

I also find short men don't associate masculinity with height . I feel more at ease with them . They treat me normally . Also short men know what they want and will pursue a tall women . They don't expect to be pursued or chased like tall men .

I have a family tree full of tall men so tall men never stood out to me .

Idk I was never that attracted to tall men . I hate the stereotype that tall women only want tall men . Let the short girls have the tall men never bothered me .

Advantages of being a tall women 5'9 plus

I find being 6 ft I feel much safer at my height especially when walking alone at night . I can put on a hoodie and sweatpants and easily pass as a guy which comes in handy when walking alone at night .

Also my height protects me from creepy men who infantilize women . I have a short friend who gets her space bubble violated all the time , and men say the creepiest stuff to her . Being tall also means less sexual harassment , and cat calling because most men are intimidated by me .

Lastly I find being tall gives me many workplace benefits . Being tall means more respect , and being taken seriously than a shorter woman . Also being tall means people see you as a natural leader and more intelligent which helps in the workplace .

Why are men obsessed with women being tiny short and cute ?

I notice that my step sister is 4'11 105 lbs and men are obsessed with her . I notice men really like women that are smaller than other women . I'm talking height here not weight .

Is it a gender affirming thing for them to be the big strong one ?

I also find it a bit creepy they associate childlike personality characteristics onto shorter women . Like how does a woman being short make her innocent or bubbly ?

Why do short women like very tall men ?

I'm just curious. I hear women in the 5'0-5'2 range saying a 5'7-5'10 guy is too short for them .

If you are under 5'4 any guy is tall to you . Height is relative . My cousin is 5'1 and married to a 5'8 guy they have a huge height difference she wears heels and he is still way taller than her .

Tall men aren't inocent either they reject 5'7-5'9 women even if they have a huge height difference with them . A 5'8 women in heels is still way smaller than a 6'3 guy so I never understood why tall guys say tall women are too tall .

Basically why are short women and tall men hung up on height ?

I have a hard time figuring out who is in my league being tall ?

People tell me to date short men because we have opposite problems but short men often perceive me as out of their league . I find alot of short men auto reject themselves when it comes to taller women similar to how ugly men assume they have no chance with beautiful women.

Other people tell me to date tall men . Tall men usually aren't attracted to tall women over 5'8 they prefer short or average height women or tallish women in the 5'7 range nothing over that . Even if a tall man dates a tall woman he treats her badly because he isn't as attracted to her . Tall men usually put 0 effort in relationships with taller women they expect you to chase after them and pursue them . Tall men perceive themselves as out of the league of taller women . Some tall men act like they are doing me a massive favor by talking to me .

Does any tall women enjoy the male privileges they get by being tall ?

I'm 6 ft I love how my height gives me male privileges . I walk at home safely my height makes me safer I'm not afraid of men because I'm bigger than most of them . Most short men joke that I'm stronger than them too so I think on a subconscious level being tall makes people leave you alone . My height is a huge advantage at work I am much more respected , taken more seriously than my shorter friends. I find being tall makes people see you as a leader even if you are dumb so it makes getting a promotion easier as well .

Also less harassment from men I love it . Men usually treat me as one of the bros or an equal . While they say some creepy stuff to my shorter friends . I have a short friend and men don't respect her space bubble they constantly pick her up .

Being a tall woman made me realize how alot of the differences between men and women is just height . I think a huge part of male privilege is that men are taller . Shorter men similar to women are often infantilized .

I find looking androgynous is very easy when you're tall , and I like experimenting with my gender identity . I never wanted to be feminine or girly so my height suits me .

Any tall women over 5'10 met a guy neutral on your height ?

I'm 6'0 I find men either really are into it in a fetishizing way or they really hate it . Dating apps or IRL it's all the same .

Ideally I want a guy who treats me normally , and who isn't so shocked by my height all the time . I joke with my friends I need to become a passport girlie and find a Dutch or Croatian guy because their women are tall so my height would be more familiar to them .

Also you have those guys who swear they don't mind but their body language says otherwise or those men who say they don't mind but after the honeymoon or infatuation phase they feel resentment .

Please give me hope . I'm 27 and feel like I'm running out of time .....

Why is tallness a extreme rare trait in a woman ?

I'm a 6 ft cis woman I can walk outside and I'm taller than 99.999999 percent of women . I can go weeks without seeing a woman my height . Even 5'9 is also a rare height for a woman my sister is 5'8 and women her height aren't common either . I live in a major American city . The vast majority of women are 5'2-5'4 in all ethnicities .

I don't have any hormonal issues , no IGF-1/GH excess or estrogen deficiency or PCOS . I didn't over eat during my childhood . I got my menstrual cycle at age 11 . Why are most women short and rare few grow tall ? Is height really a dice roll ? My mom is 5'6 dad is 5'9 I tower over both of them .

This is a topic that has really fascinated me .

However short men are extremely common . I see plenty of men under 5'5 daily . Men can be extremely short and plenty exist . I even see men that are like 5'3 they exist and they are 5x more common than woman over 5'9 .

I didn't include short woman or tall men because the obvious answer is sexual dimorphism .

If you're very tall do you feel androgynous sometimes

Being 6'1 I feel gender non conforming sometimes . I get misgendered a lot . It's interesting how people associate being tall while being male . When I go to the grocery store the cashier sees a tall person in their periphery and they assume male . From the back I get assumed male too if I am in a hoodie and sweatpants .

Dressing feminine doesn't seem to help it only makes me a target of transphobes . Unfortunately transphobia against our trans sisters is increasing and tall cis woman are affected by this .

I had a 5'4 cis female friend who used to grow a beard due to PCOS . I had another 5'2 friend who had a super deep voice . We had very similar experiences of being defeminized .

Being tall can sometimes feel very defeminizing . You feel hopeless sometomes because there's nothing you can do about it .

I don't mind being masculine but I don't want to be perceived as a male . I want to be perceived as the gender I was born as .
