The TLS contact has to the biggest rip-off ever made

Can't book free appointments.
Can only book assisted appointments (at £50 a pop) or "premium timeframe" appointments (at £60 a pop).

I can't upload my own documents (as there aren't any self-service appointments), and I need to use their scanning service, which means I need to PRINT all my documents, for them to scan them again.

Am I going mad? Have I missed something?
