Why me

Ps. Been using the ordinary glycolic toner on this since few weeks which I opened 2 years ago and it has a shelf life of 12 months and though it’s not expired , Is there a possibility it is making things worse for me

Ps. I have been using the ordinary glycolic toner but I opened it two years ago and it has a shelf life of -2 months so is there any possibility that could be a reason for this getting no better … I paired it with urea cream

The pigmentation and redness makes it even more worse cos it’s way too visible
