What do whey protein breakouts look like?
I’ve never really had acne before—not due to PCOS or anything else—so I’m confused. Lately I’ve been getting small red spots that sometimes look like dry red dots.
I’m not sure if this is happening because of whey protein or something else. Can anyone help me understand?
so I'm in a ldr and we meet once or twice a year, yesterday we met after 5 months and his face was filled with these acne and marks.
My skin personally is almost flawless and also not oily so I don't have much idea how to help him or what products to recommend

I have been using Minimalist serum and Reginald sunscreen for the past two months. Earlier, my pores were more visible, but now I feel they have reduced. I would like your help to reduce them even further.
I am from Maharashtra 23 M and I have Oily Skin and a quite fair skin tone.
I use :-
1.Plum 3% Niacinamide & Rice Water Face Toner
2.Cetaphil Cleanser for Oily Skin
3.Lakmé Peach Milk Creme Moisturizer with 2% Pro-Ceramide & Peptides
4.Deconstruct Gel Sunscreen for Oily skin SPF 50 PA++++
I am planning to change my moisturizer because this moisturizer makes my skin oily fast. Suggest me a moisturizer which can be suitable for me. And suggest change in any above products if necessary.
And I sweat a lot and I get tanned quickly.
I've been struggling with tan for my whole life, I've tried everything from sunscreen, to detanning products, covering myself to home DIY remedies but no result. I'm 20 (M) and I've oily and sweaty skin. Most products gets washed up when I apply cause of my sweat. Last month I applied for my internship (I'm from hospitality sector) for very big Indian hotel brand in front office and they rejected me, I was shocked cause people who have less qualification than me were accepted, no reason nothing, later one of the associates (who's been connected with me before) said cause of your skin tone. I was shocked and felt very inferior, yes this type of stereotype still exist. I just want to feel better about myself and remove the tan so my opportunities are not wasted during my placements. Please help me.
