According to Sadhguru:

The Full Moon (Pournami) Amplifies- Human Energies, Blood Flow, and Mental States, due to increased influence of the moon on this day, making it an ideal time for meditation and spiritual growth.

The Moon's Magnetic Pull influences the Human System on a Continual Basis reaching its peak on a Full Moon Day, causing a natural upward movement of energy, similar to high tides in the ocean.

The full moon DOES NOT cause madness.

Rather, it enhances whatever qualities are already present—Joy, Love, or Madness—offering a natural opportunity for an upward Surge of energy and Heightened Receptivity.

The term "lunatic" is derived from the moon's influence. If one is mentally imbalanced, the full moon can increase that imbalance; however, for a mentally stable person, it can lead to higher levels of Consciousness and Joy.

In the Indian Tradition, this day is especially helpful for inner well-being.

In the Yogic Tradition, it is viewed as a night of great Inner possibility for the spiritual seekers.

A Great Quote which truly defines Dancing.

When your Heart is full And mind is unmindful as to who you are or not

Your Feet shall Dance

There is no method but an Abandon

One may think that only by doing big things Spiritual Expression Happens.

However it can be way different from this in reality.

Let's Discuss this below.

J. Krishnamurti defined spirituality not as rituals, beliefs, or meditation techniques, but as a state of total freedom from the known—specifically freedom from fear, sorrow, and the self (the "me"). He emphasized that a truly spiritual life is one of pure, choiceless observation, leading to intelligence and compassion.

Giving way to a pedestrian on road when somebody's waiting to cross the road and you are driving a vehicle is spiritual Expression.

Telling an address to somebody who requires help to know the way is also Spiritual Expression

Eating food with gratitude is also Spiritual Expression

Drinking water with reverence is also Spiritual Expression.

Driving one's car with utmost attention is also Spiritual Expression.

Talking politely to people around is also Spiritual Expression

So these are examples which tell that even day to day events in our life are big Spiritual Expression if our intent is right.

Sadhguru has described this through a quote "You don’t have to withdraw to a mountain cave to turn spiritual".

Can You Give More Such Examples which you are doing in your day to day life which enter in the spiritual realm.
