I’ve been trying to solve my stuttering problem for ages and I have no clue what is causing it. I popped up the task manager on my second screen and the CPU, memory, and GPU are all sitting under 40% during gameplay, yet I still get occasional freezes with the gameplay. Even after transferring to an SSD, I still saw occasional stuttering, causing the game to drop flipper and nudge inputs…

HELP!!

Is this possible?

Wanted to get some enthusiast opinions :)
