Starting as a summer intern this month and wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect with regards to the onboarding process. Our schedule shows a few days of DStart (virtual) and then in-person DLaunch, but I don't know what any of this entails and I've seen others on this subreddit suggest the onboarding is extremely intense.

I assume a lot of DStart is compliance training and what not. And I know DLaunch is gonna be a lot of socializing with our cohort. But what is the actual training like? Are we gonna be tested on compliance stuff, for example? And then what is onboarding to a project like?

Fiber is available one block north of me and one block east of me, but not at my address. Does anyone know if there are plans for AT&T to continue expanding fiber? Is there a map for where they plan to expand?

I'm a beginner runner looking for a shoe rec. I have a "tailors bunion" which just means I have a super wide mid/forefoot. I measure as a 4E (extra wide) but my foot is widest in the middle, not in the toe.

Anyone have any suggestions for my foot type? I generally like New Balance but am open to anything.
