So what works better than Vyvanse? Because it doesnt seem to work some days.

I just need some consistency. Vyvanse has always been my go to, but I feel like 10 years ago it worked much better. Is there something else that you switched to and have success with? Im on adderall on the end of the day so it would need to work with that. I dont want to give up the Adderall because that always seems to work (I dont take it everyday).

Some backstory:

So I live across the country from my parents. I was just home to visit my family about a month ago. I see them about every year and a half.

My dad had a heart attack. He just had surgery for it yesterday and everything went well! Thank God. I was in tears constantly the past 2 days out of worry giving myself major headaches from the crying (ik im a baby hah).

My question is, do I go home?

I have a brother and he is helping my dad. My dad didnt want to tell me about his heart attack for fear id ask to come home. (We're in the process of moving to a new state, 1 month out, military life).

So i did ask to come home, and he said no - to stay put. He said he might go to a nursing home after his stay in the hospital.

My worry is, he cant afford all this. And im wondering if I ignore what he says and go home anyway to help him? Would i be of any help?(i have a very bad back. On an 8 for pain on a scale of 1 - 10. It is OUTRAGEOUS. But im fine.)

I want to be a good daughter. His wife (my mom) left him and shes is to not be informed about his heart attack. Going through this without telling my own mom sucks but I get it. She did him dirty. They didnt have a great relationship.

I just want to do the right thing.

I also want to add to the whole picture that ive been very depressed for a solid 6 months and traveling really raises my anxiety. I have a lot of problems myself. BUT I still LOVE my family and want to support them regardless of me! I would do anything for them.

I am also married and I have a life of my own that I am trying to figure out.

So, what do I do? Do I stay or go?
