Saw some photos of these and want to try some out! Does anyone have any experience with them? Are they picky? Hardy? Melty? CO2 needed?

This is Iridana, I got her as an extra from a breeder. Am I right in thinking she may have some Imebllis genes? I have her in a newly set up sorority in a 40g with 7 other girls, they all came from the same breeder and they're still establishing the pecking order. I already separated the 2 most aggressive girls and the rest of the pack get along, the only aggression I've seen from Iridana is flaring and short chasing but no nipping or full on fighting from her. I'm just curious to know if anyone else can verify my Imbellis gene suspicion!

I don't even have anything witty to say about this one...I can't find the words to describe this monstrosity.

I've been wanting this shell in my collection for a while and finally found it at a great price and great condition!!

I was browsing the V4.5 shells and saw this one, it's a Euro exclusive shell called Jellybeans. I know we can't post photos in comments but I'd love to see this one in a collection if any of you have it! I'm in the US and if any UK/Euro Tama friends have seen this shell on eBay PLEASE let me know!

This post is for all of us Tama adults working the dreaded 9-5 and just making it through life while screaming internally.

I'll be 29 this year, I started working at 24 (I took some classes after graduating), I'm so burntout already and I feel like I'm in a never ending cycle of stress and discontent. I'm sure a lot of us here are neurodivergent so this next part will make sense: I'm tired of pretending to be normal. People like us are just not made to mentally handle a full time job on top of every other adult responsibility we're forced to have. Our only "escape" is things that bring us joy and take us back to that childlike feeling of freedom and being carefree. If it weren't for silly little toys like Tamagotchis and other hobbies (and meds), I know I wouldn't be able to even try to be a fully functioning adult.

I'm tired, you're tired, we all just need a break. 🩷

Edit: I am so glad that my little rant has resonated with so many of you! That's exactly why I decided to post this, I know everyone is going through something and sometimes we just need to know that we're not alone with our struggles. I appreciate all of the kind comments and I love that we're all encouraging each other to keep going! If any of you just need to vent or talk to someone you are more than welcome to DM me! It's good to talk to someone who understands!

Hi Tama friends! I have a 4U and I want to get some new faceplates for it. I've seen a couple of them on eBay and Mercari but not often. Does anyone know of a specific seller or shop that has them in stock often? I'm not looking for any one in particular, just a different one to change things up!
