Little background - I'm a 26M from Delhi, India.

About 1.5 years ago, I went to a dentist for teeth whitening. He gave me Pola Night (2nd pic) to use at home along with a custom mold. I used to apply the gel in the mold, wear it for a few minutes, then clean it.

After using it, I started having multiple issues. My gums began receding immediately. When I went back, the dentist said the solution wasn't strong enough to cause this and told me to do nothing - but my gums have visibly receded.

Since then, I've had constant mild pain and irritation in my teeth and gums, feel like grinding my teeth all the time, gums have turned slightly black, teeth feel loose (they actually move a bit when I try), and recently brown marks have appeared. I visited another dentist - he also said the solution couldn't cause this, did scaling and gave medication, but nothing improved and now these brown marks have appeared.

Now my questions:

1. What are these brown marks and how can I fix them?

2. How do I fix the other issues?

3. Is there any safe way to whiten my teeth now?

4. Can you suggest good dentists in Delhi? Money is not an issue.
