Stuck on 150

Hi All!
For context I am a 25 year old female with a desk job. My initial starting weight was 190 in January 2025, by October 2025 I was 164 pounds and now I am weighing in at 150, however I have been stuck in this weight despite calorie deficit. Does anyone have any tips on getting the weight to move? I am on Wellbutrin 300XL, and Doxycycline twice a day but I can’t get the sugar or fast food craving out of my mind! My doctor has recommended I get 10k steps in a day but a desk job doesn’t help very much, and I get home to cook dinner and lunch for the next day, please give me some tips or advice.

For reference-
I am 5”0, 150 pounds at a calorie deficit of 1,300.

Hi! For context I am a 25 year old female.
I am currently on Wellbutrin and started off at 189 due to a bad relationship and just overall negative emotions, I got on Wellbutrin 300 XL and after 7 months I dropped down to 150. I am 5”0 and would like to be back to my original weight of 137.
Is it safe to take Wellbutrin and phentermine?
Specifically the medication called Axcion ? Can someone advised ? I’ve tried calories deficient and walking but I’m stuck on 150.

For context, I (25F) have been with my partner (24M) for a little over 5 years.

In the beginning, he was kind, affectionate, and thoughtful. We moved in together fairly early into the relationship. Over time, things changed.

He began criticizing me, belittling me, and making hurtful comments about my past. He became controlling about who I could see, and I gradually stopped visiting family and talking to friends because it would create conflict.

Lately things have gotten worse. He gets in my personal space during arguments, calls me names, accuses me of being interested in his friends or people on social media that I don’t even know, and often tells me he doesn’t care whether I’m around.

He also compares me to his ex, comments on my body and weight changes, and treats other people with kindness while being hostile toward me privately.

I’m starting to realize this may be emotional abuse. I want to end the relationship, but I’m worried about his reaction and want to avoid a major confrontation since we live together.

Has anyone left a situation like this? What’s the safest, calmest way to leave without things escalating?
