I’ve also seen the price drops on everything from simple clear bottles to more styled or vintage-looking designs. It's not always labeled as “SALE”, but the price changes depending on the demand and supplier inventory. There are also small shops who offer better than those bigger ones, so basically comparing listings is worth it rather than going immediately with the first option.

In general, it may take a bit of time to look around but it worth of effort because you’ll get both quantity and quality.
